How India Allowed Pakistan to become a Nuclear Power…

I have always maintained that the problem we are facing today from Pakistan is more a creation of our “inactions” of last 68 years, than the “actions” of Pakistan.  A misconception has been fed into the minds of millions of Indians over the years by our spineless, cowardice, power hungry, corrupt and incompetent politicians backed by equally unfit and corrupt bureaucracy that a “strong & stable” Pakistan is in India’s interest. This artificially created state out of our own body with full of hatred for us and with an antithetical self-definition can never ever be either friendly or beneficial for India. Pakistan has formulated it’s nationalism around it’s hatred for India and its national goal is to destroy India culturally, economically and if possible militarily. The Pakistani establishment has a very clear India policy - bleed India by a thousand cuts and to achieve this objective has transformed its education & information into indoctrination of its masses. The greatest mistake ever committed by India was allowing Pakistan to become a Nuclear Power.  Today Pakistan is blackmailing India as well as the whole world due to its nuclear arsenal and has become the nursery and exporter of Islamic Jihadi terrorism all over the world. India is the greatest sufferer being the only non-Islamic neighbouring country. There are two threats emanating from Pakistani nuclear arsenal – 1. Being a military dominated state, whenever its military see any danger to its control on power or loss of credibility - may use this arsenal irresponsibly and in all probability against India to assure the Jihadist-Fundamentalist majority population of Pakistan & 2. There is a clear nexus between the indoctrinated Pakistani army and the various groups of Jihadi terrorists affiliated to Al Qaeda within and outside Pakistan. These terror groups may someday get hold of this nuclear arsenal and its delivery system jeopardising not only India but the entire civilized world.  India’s lack of cohesive and sustained action to scuttle the Pakistani nuclear program is costing India dearly as today Pakistan keeps wielding the nuclear threat and continues to sponsor and carry out terrorist activities while the risk averse politicians of our country keep coming up with knee jerk reactions. But the question remains, was it a combined failure of Indian intelligence, diplomacy and political leadership or was it just the political leadership that failed us?

After the defeat in the 1971 war, the Pakistani political and military establishments were convinced that they could never defeat India in a conventional war or with conventional weapons. Therefore, they initiated their nuclear weapon acquisition program.  The then Prime Minister Zulfikar Ali Bhutto declared that Pakistanis would eat grass but make a nuclear bomb.  Pakistan’s nuclear weapon program was a combination of theft, smuggling and deliberate foreign assistance.  The head of Pakistan's nuclear weapons program was Dr. Abdul Qadeer Khan, the German-educated metallurgist. Previously, Dr. Khan was employed at the uranium enrichment facility, Urenco, in Almelo, Netherlands. It is here that he stole design of uranium centrifuge blueprints from this facility in 1975, one year after India exploded its nuclear device in Pokhran. Armed with these blueprints and a list of Urenco's key suppliers of components, he returned to Pakistan and shortly thereafter was appointed as the head of Khan Research Laboratories (KRL) at Kahuta.  Kahuta was the site of Pakistan’s main nuclear weapons laboratory as well as an emerging centre for long-range missile development program. The primary Pakistani fissile-material production facility is located at Kahuta, employing gas centrifuge enrichment technology to produce Highly Enriched Uranium (HEU). While French assistance to Pakistan for a plutonium reprocessing plant was well known, the uranium enrichment plant at Kahuta was a secret. After the French stopped helping Islamabad under pressure from the then US President Jimmy Carter’s administration, Pakistan was determined to keep the Kahuta plant a secret.  RAW (Research & Analysis Wing,  India’s external intelligence agency) first confirmed Pakistan’s nuclear programs by analysing the hair samples snatched from the floor of barber shops near KRL, which showed that Pakistan had developed the ability to enrich uranium to weapons-grade quality. RAW agents knew of Kahuta Research Laboratories since at least early 1978. Pakistan established an extensive international network of suppliers in order to acquire the technology and specialized equipment needed in its nuclear program. Much of this material came from the West, to include Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, Canada, and the United States. In this effort, Pakistan successfully established a number of dummy companies, trans-shipped dual-use materials through multiple countries  or outright stole or smuggled needed components. RAW had established a clandestine relationship with Israel’s intelligence agency Mossad and Israeli Defence Forces as both had common interest and enemy in Pakistan. Back in 1979, the Israelis, according to a senior intelligence source in Israel, had been shown a classified US memo by their counterparts in RAW.  Intercepted on its way from the US embassy in New Delhi to the secretary of state, Cyrus Vance, it confirmed that the US privately believed Pakistan would be able to explode a bomb within “two or three years”—most likely by 1981. So shocked had the Israelis been by the massive advances made by Khan that they had begun planning a pre-emptive strike on Kahuta.  Hereafter, both Israel and India picked up more worrying indicators, including signs that test tunnels were being dug in Pakistan’s Ras Koh mountains. So certain were the Indian Army of Pakistan’s intent that Lt. General Krishnaswami Sundarji, a future Indian chief of army staff, took the unprecedented step of publishing a war-gaming manual on the basis that Pakistan would imminently have a deployable bomb. But the Janata Party Govt under Prime Minister Morarji Desai, who came to power in 1977 tried to cut the wings of RAW due to its vision less diplomatic and defence-intelligence policy.  In 1979, RAW brought the blue prints of Kahuta nuclear reactor to the then Prime Minister  Morarji Desai and wanted more fund and other resources to thwart the nuclear ambitions of Pakistan.  However, our great  Prime Minister rejected the plans.  But the most audacious crime he committed was something which has no parallel in the history of any self-respecting nation conscious of its integrity and security.  Morarji Desai by this action not only proved that he was incompetent and unfit to be the Prime Minister of India but also an enemy of our nation.

General Zia-ul-Haq, who overthrew Zulfikar Ali Bhutto in a military coup in 1977 and arrested him, was anxious to avoid any fresh tensions in Pakistan’s relations with India till he was able to get rid of Bhutto and consolidate his power. So he kept in touch with Morarji Desai over phone in order to befriend him. Like many senior military officers of the Pakistan Army, Zia was a past master in the art of flattery. Often, he would ring up Morarji Desai under the pretext of consulting him on native medicine and urine therapy. Yes, urine therapy - Desai was famous for his championing of Urine Therapy. Nothing flattered Morarji more than advising General Zia on such petty issues but was foolish enough not to understand or suspect Zia’s intentions.  In a disarmed and unguarded moment one day, Morarji told General Zia that he was aware that Pakistan was clandestinely trying to develop a military nuclear capability – “General, I know what you are up to in Kahuta, RAW has got me all the details ” were the words. The Prime Minister's indiscretion exposed RAW and this “tip-off” made Pakistan aware that India knew what they were doing thus the mole inside Pakistan who passed the blue print to RAW was exposed & killed by Pakistani agencies.   Thus Morarji Desai, the indiscreet and incompetent Prime Minister proved to be the unavoidable occupational hazard for India’s this premier intelligence agency and its profession. But this was not the only blunder committed by Prime Minister Desai. Almost immediately after the above fiasco Foreign Minister of Israel, General Moshe Dayan, hero of the 1967 Arab-Israeli war, was secretly visiting Kathmandu for a meeting with Indian representatives with a proposal of a joint operation by Indian and Israeli intelligence agencies to end Pakistan's nuclear programme. The plan put forward by General Dayan was that Israeli bombers would fly in, enter Pakistan beneath the radars and bomb Kahuta Nuclear facilities. But  wanted an Indian Airforce base in northern India to refuel as Israeli bombers could fly in and bomb Kahuta but needed refuelling to go back.  But the then Indian political leadership under Prime Minister Morarji Desai refused to provide Israel any Indian base for refuelling to stage the attack. The reason was to not provoke Pakistan and start another war. Hardly becoming of a major power which had more to lose from a nuclear armed rogue neighbour than a short war if it did happen. Thus India lost another opportunity to keep this rogue country under control by demolishing its “weapon of blackmail” in future.

For the above treacherous act of betrayal of his own country, Prime Minister Morarji Desai, was awarded the highest civilian award of Pakistan “Nishan-e-Pakistan” (equivalent to Bharat Ratna) given by the Government of Pakistan for the highest degree of service to the country and nation of Pakistan.  The Nishan-e-Pakistan, unlike other honours, is a highly restricted and most prestigious award and is only conferred for the merit and distinguished services to the country. Desai has the distinction of being the only Indian national to be conferred with this Pakistan's highest civilian award.

Thus, it was a clear case of failure of Indian political decision making and the result of shoddy & visionless strategic planning of certain unfit and incompetent politicians and their foreign policy/security advisers that India allowed Pakistan to go nuclear. The consequence of this colossal failure is that India’s cowardliness has endangered the whole world peace today. Why India failed to understand the threats around her is a mystery despite having intelligence information on Pakistan’s plan, activity and progress. But, the only thing that is evident is that most politicians in India enter politics not because they want to serve people, but to build an empire of power, unaccounted wealth and a dynasty. When such unscrupulous and incompetent politicians occupy critical positions of power in the Govt., they endanger the life and future of a nation with their lack of vision, courage and decision making capability.

The Devil’s Advocate and Modi’s Bar for Pakistan

When we look at the statements emanating from – a) Pakistani Political Parties, media, anti-India activists and groups Like LeT and b) the statements from Congress party, Pakistani sympathisers like Hurriyat Conference and most surprisingly Indian journalists like Karan Thapar etc., we find an uncanny similarity. It puzzles me no end that both of these two constituents have a similar view on Kashmir, which is one of the most important issues in India’s integrity, sovereignty and security.  It is imperative that important political leaders/parties and journalists do not end up benefitting India's adversaries by their irresponsible statements, articles and media discussions.  But, there can’t be more proof of “Pakiphilia (love of Pakistan)” from our anti national, pseudo secular journalists than this article “Modi’s set the bar for talks with Pakistan far too high” by Karan Thapar today in Hindustan Times (http://www.hindustantimes.com/comment/karanthapar/modi-s-set-the-bar-for-talks-with-pakistan-far-too-high/article1-1255765.aspx). In this article Thapar has criticized Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the NDA Govt. for cancelling the foreign Secy. level bilateral dialogue with Pakistan, which was slated to be held on 25th August’2014, in a tough reaction to Islamabad’s decision to hold talks with Kashmiri separatist Hurriyat leaders which New Delhi described as an “unacceptable” interference in India’s internal affairs. This was after India firmly and unambiguous told Pakistan earlier that it had to choose between "India or Separatists" for talks and the decision as well as consequence was left to them.  Just check below, the ridiculous, outrageous,  anti-India logic and reasoning given by this self-proclaimed “Devil’s Advocate” :-

1. Thapar writes “for what it’s worth, I think Narendra Modi has tied himself in knots. Unfortunately, the outcome is not limited to the realisation the prime minister’s Pakistan policy is confused. It’s also dented the belief he’s made a sure-footed and confident start in government. At least for now, this will affect his image”.
-  Mr.Thapar by which logic you have come to the conclusion that Modi has tied himself in knots, his Pakistan policy is confused and that this will  affect his image? Contrary to your views, this single bold step has actually demonstrated to Pakistan, their supporters & sympathisers in India and to the world that India will talk only on its own terms. For far too long the weak, spineless and cowardly Govt led by Congress party gave in to all kinds of bullying and humiliating tactics/strategy by the Pakistan Govt. and India’s past practice was either ignoring such acts of Pakistan  or issuing perfunctory objections. India has been tolerating Pakistan and its evil design for far too long with patience and magnanimity, which has been attacking and humiliating us at every opportunity. This approach has obviously not worked and our “generosity” has been mistaken as our “weakness”. For a long time, due to incessant appeasement policies of Indian Govt. under Congress rule, Pakistan was taking Indian Govt. and diplomacy for a ride and for granted. It became a ritual for Pakistan to humiliate India every time there was a move by Indian Govt for peace talks or any confidence building measures. Therefore, we only remember, Sharm-Al-Sheikh where then PM Manmohan Singh issued a joint statement in July’2009, merely 8 months after the 26/11 attack or  Indian External Affairs Minister Salman Khurshid  taking Pakistani PM Parvez Ashraf for lunch with Biryani, right after Pakistan beheaded our soldiers. Narendra Modi is a  patriot and  would never  tolerate  such acts.

2. Thapar again writes “what Mr Modi overlooked is that the Pakistan high commissioner’s meetings with Hurriyat flow directly from Pakistan’s commitment to moral and diplomatic support for the Kashmiri cause. Therefore to have agreed not to meet Hurriyat would have been tantamount to diluting that commitment. That can only be the outcome of talks. Not the precondition for them”.
– Mr.Thapar are you not ashamed of advocating and justifying Pakistan’s interference and involvement in India’s internal matters? Even if Pakistan might not agree that Kashmir is an internal matter of India, how can you ever imagine as an Indian citizen, to justify such act of that failed terror exporting country? By that same logic would you advocate India’s interference in Balochistan or in Tibet. And even if Pakistan considers it as their “moral and diplomatic duty”, is it India’s responsibility to ensure that Pakistan is able to fulfil  such duty for their political constituency back home even if that directly clashes with India’s pride and interest? For anti-nationals like you, Pakistan can put any pre conditions as per their wishes and even indulge in Kargil or Parliament attack or 26/11 or provide resources/intelligence to the Jihadi terrorists trying to harm India but still India should not put any pre condition and continue such fruitless dialogues.

3. Thapar also writes  “Atal Bihari Vajpayee understood this. That’s why in 2001 he didn’t object when Gen. Pervez Musharraf met Hurriyat the night before the Agra Summit. This is why Indian governments have accepted — even if they have not liked — visiting Pakistani foreign ministers and foreign secretaries meeting Hurriyat every time they come to India. The full truth is it’s been happening since 1995, when President Farooq Leghari first met the Hurriyat during Narasimha Rao’s premiership. In other words it’s been Pakistani policy for two decades”.
- Mr.Thapar Nawaz Sharif was right when he made his famous "Dehati Aurat" comment - Pakistani govt. is 'Jehadi' and Indian govt. & its response is 'Dehati'. The reason for  our this helpless state is due to past leadership paralysis and lacunae in decision making in our Govt.  All the strong nations of the world are able to exert tremendous pressure on their enemy essentially because they have strong leadership that hold tremendous decision making ability. Modi showed his good will towards Pakistan by inviting Nawaz Sharif for his swearing-in ceremony but he also believes that Pakistan needs to reciprocate beyond just token statements and by actual action on the ground. Under Modi this is a different and resurgent India. This Modi Govt is not going to make life easier for Pakistani Govt and its army by showing weak kneed gestures. Now it’s as much responsibility of Pakistan to have a good bilateral relationship. India is no more going to carry that burden alone even if Pakistan engages in all kinds of tactics, against India’s integrity, security and also national pride.

4. Thapar goes on to write  “in contrast, the Modi government believes the precedent set in May, when Nawaz Sharif didn’t meet Hurriyat, should have continued. I’m afraid that was too much to expect…. And the reason is simple. The Indian side claims it advised or warned Mr Sharif against meeting Hurriyat in May but in agreeing not to do so he was not giving up Pakistan’s traditional policy but simply making a one-off gesture….Had he come for a more substantive visit he would have definitely met Hurriyat. The Indian side clearly read too much into this one aspect of the May visit. But that’s their fault. They had no reason to believe Mr Sharif had set a precedent that amounted to diluting — leave aside giving up — a critical element of Pakistan’s well-established policy”.
– So Mr.Thapar, Pakistan has the liberty to continue their “traditional policy” for their own good and can chose to observe or halt it as per its wishes. But you don’t believe that India has such right and must continue with its faulty and mindless Pakistan appeasement traditional policy even if a new, strong Govt has come in. And if the new Modi Govt tries to correct such practices and put Pakistan in its place (which Indian Govt should have done long back), you shamelessly feel that “it was too much to expect from Pakistan” and Indian Govt is at fault. Pakistan needs to realize that there is a severe price to be paid for the dangerous game it has been playing with India. This Indian Govt under Modi believes in giving befitting reply to Pakistan for all its misadventures.  Also, this Indian govt. doesn’t believe that our pampering of Pakistan with “acts of kindness” which we have been doing for last 68 years and indulging in our “Aman Ki Asha” projects, would make Pakistan change heart and become our best friend & neighbour.  This Govt’s national policy is of  zero tolerance on border, terror and Kashmir.

5. Thapar says “the fact the Modi government jumped to the wrong conclusion suggests two things. Either it overestimates its capacity to enforce new conditions on a politically troubled, if not enfeebled, Pakistani prime minister or it simply hasn’t clearly thought through what signals it’s sending out”.
- Mr.Thapar,  this Modi Govt knows very well that the real defence and foreign policy of Pakistan including the final strategy and authority is a hostage of  Pak army & ISI and the diplomatic missions in India are nothing but ISI branches. However, India can’t be apologetic for their choices. If their army or ISI does not allow Nawaz Sharif to function in their true national interest, it is frankly their problem. We have been holding talks with Pakistan for so many years, but still there is no result and our citizens are getting killed by acts of Pakistan. Why? It shows that the leaders, whom we are talking to in Pakistan are either not serious in improving relations with India or are not capable or influential enough to convince the state of Pakistan to stop acts of terrorism. What is then the use of having talks with such powerless leaders who are not the real masters so far as Indo-Pak relations are concerned? Therefore, peace talk with Pakistan will go on without any result.  So India was wasting it’s time and resources and rather agree to peace talks only when all the three parties – Army/ISI, political leadership and terrorists - come together. Also, India should refuse talks with Pakistan on any issue, unless Pakistan declares and proves on the ground that it would stop terrorism as a state policy and stop using terrorists as strategic asset.  Pakistan must realize the ramifications of crossing the line.

 6. Thapar lastly said  “four key points are worth making about India’s decision to call off talks after the Pakistani high commissioner met Hurriyat. First, this might have made sense in the 1990s, when Hurriyat was powerful. Not in 2014, when it’s diminished. Now, paradoxically, it could build up Hurriyat’s image in Kashmiri eyes. Second, if the government is speaking the truth when it says the Hurriyat meeting — and not the ceasefire violations — scuppered the talks, that suggests a bizarre conclusion: Mr Modi can live with Pakistan shooting our soldiers on the LoC but cannot accept the high commissioner serving tea to Hurriyat! Third, by making not meeting Hurriyat the condition for future talks Mr Modi has probably set the bar so high talks will not be possible or, at least, easy to schedule. Finally, this could have wider ramifications throughout our neighbourhood. If they view this as bullying they’re unlikely to welcome it. Worse, it could create a few doubts about Mr Modi himself”.
- Mr.Thapar, Hurriyat doesn’t represent Kashmiri people. It has been propped, funded and supported by Pakistan for its own interest. They are separatist and against Indian constitution and therefore, no self-respecting nation can recognize and allow them to operate. If the successive Govts failed to understand and act on them, that was a historical blunder and needs to be corrected rather than continued. Hurriyat was neither powerful nor diminished – they just work as proxy of Pakistan and the terrorists as and when they have been asked by Pakistan. They are dictating terms to Kashmiri politicians, administration and also the people by threat from their masters i.e. Pakistan and the terrorists. Some of the members of Hurriyat like Yashin Malik are ex terrorists themselves and are now part of this over ground mouth piece of the terror organizations because he has been rendered physically useless by Indian army’s actions. Ceasefire violation by Pakistan is not new and was happening inspite of many rounds of dialogues and confidence building measures by India. This shows that either Pakistani army is not under control of Pakistan Govt or Pakistani govt is not interested in good neighbourly relationship with India. There are not historical facts or logic to prove that “India-Pakistan talk” would result in halt to such ceasefire violation at border or terrorist acts inside India by Pakistan. Therefore, by blaming Modi Govt for such act of Pakistan, you are actually justifying Pakistan’s such heinous act of unprovoked firing and killing of innocent civilians. Rather India should retaliate massively by firing back at Pakistan so heavily and killing their army as well as civilians that Pakistan thinks twice before engaging in such misadventures again. India needs to prepare for a full and final war as an answer to Pakistan’s act of terrorising India by various means. This is the only solution because the ‘avoid-confrontation policy’ of India has, so far, proved to be ineffective against Pakistan’s state sponsored aggressions. India needs to stop the peace charades, confidence building measures, cultural, sporting, economic ties and stop deluding ourselves that we are not at war with Pakistan (which we are for the last 68 years).  If the bar for Pakistan to reciprocate has been set high, so be it. It’s never too high considering India’s interest and pride. Pakistan needs to feel the pain of their uncivilized acts. We must also stop denying one of the fundamental truths of our relationship with Pakistan – the problem we are facing today is more a creation of our “inactions” of last 68 years, than the “actions” of Pakistan.  It is a misconception that a “strong & stable” Pakistan is in our interest. This artificially created state out of our own body with full of hatred for us and with an antithetical self-definition, has caused untold miseries for India.  Such a state can never ever be either friendly or beneficial for India. Like the USA’s objective with a similar “monster-state” called USSR, our long term objective and interest is the negation of this state for our own benefit.  And each of our neighbours not only need to respect us but also fear us for our capability to retaliate for any of their actions causing harm to India or Indian citizens.  They should be made to realize that India can’t be taken for granted or bullied.  There is no glory in being humiliated.

I really wonder if Mr. Karan Thapar is in the payroll of Pakistan Govt./Army/ISI. Does Indian democracy give license for senseless journalism? Is not he bartering national security by aiding & abetting the disruptive forces of terrorism & their sympathisers by writing such article with traitorous facts and logic? People like Karan Thapar are Indians but only in name. They are no more than mercenaries whose single-point agenda is to destabilise India and break India into smithereens. RSN Singh, a former military intelligence officer who later served in the RAW said that the ISI has been funding journalists in India. In the intelligence circles, the Pakistan & the ISI connection of some of the news channels & journalists are too well known. Journalists like Thapar are engaged in deep conspiracy against India and they see this Modi Govt. as a major hurdle in their goal of helping Pakistan annexing Kashmir, divide India into many parts on religious lines to complete Pakistan’s unfinished agenda of Hyderabad, Junagarh, UP, Bihar and many others parts. Hence, they are trying to confuse Indian public about Modi Govt’s actions and create anti Modi sentiments by  such articles. Anybody who is sympathetic to Pakistan or its actions can’t be a true Indian and they are a threat to our sovereignty, integrity and security. Mr.Karan Thapar you are a “Devil’s Advocate” in the true sense of the term.

The Demise of “Biryani Diplomacy”

India has called off today the foreign secretary-level bilateral dialogue with Pakistan which was slated to be held on 25th August’2014, in a tough reaction to Islamabad’s decision to hold talks with Kashmiri separatist Hurriyat leaders which New Delhi described as an “unacceptable” interference in India’s internal affairs. This was after India firmly and unambiguous told Pakistan earlier that it has to choose between "India or Separatists" for talks and the decision as well as consequence was left to them.

This heralds the birth of a new Foreign Policy in India. This is a sharp departure from India’s past practice of either ignoring meetings between Pakistani officials and Hurriyat Conference leaders or issuing perfunctory objections. Pakistan should now realize that this is a different India under Narendra Modi,  a Prime Minister, who is capable of answering them in equal measures and have closed all the “Aman Ki Asha” shops run by our “Peace Brigade” of corrupt and anti-national politicians, media and intellectuals.  Pakistan needs to realize that there is a severe price to be paid for the dangerous game it has been playing with us. This Indian Govt under Modi believes in giving befitting reply to Pakistan for all its misadventures.  Also, this Indian govt. doesn’t believe that if we pamper Pakistan with our acts of kindness, which we have been doing for last 68 years and indulge in our “Aman Ki Asha” projects, they will suddenly have this monumental change of heart and become our best friend & neighbour.  A policy of zero tolerance on border, terror and Kashmir should be followed.

The “Aman Ki Asha” brigade in India will now shout and scream that by this action Modi Govt has weakened the hands of democratically elected Nawaz Sharif Govt of  Pakistan and strengthened the hands of Pak army/ISI and the terrorists. But Modi Govt knows very well that the real defence and foreign policy of Pakistan including the final strategy and authority is a hostage of  Pak army & ISI and the diplomatic missions in India are nothing but ISI branches. However, India can’t be apologetic for their choices. If their army or ISI does not allow Nawaz Sharif to function in their true national interest, it is frankly their problem. We have been holding talks with Pakistan for so many years, but still there is no result and our citizens are getting killed by acts of Pakistan. Why? India needs to stop all the peace charades, confidence building measures, cultural, sporting, economic ties and stop deluding ourselves that we are not at war with Pakistan (which we are for the last 68 years). We must stop linking our actions against Pakistan to the sensitivities of Kashmiri separatists and their supporters and sympathisers in the rest of India. Anybody who is sympathetic to Pakistan or its actions can’t be a true Indian. We must also stop denying one of the fundamental truths of our relationship with Pakistan – the problem we are facing today is more a creation of our “inactions” of last 68 years, than the “actions” of Pakistan. Long-term actions are the need of the hour, without becoming hostage to “Vote Bank Politics” or “Aman Ki Asha”. It is a misconception that a “strong & stable” Pakistan is in our interest.   This artificially created state out of our own body with full of hatred for us and with an antithetical self-definition, has caused untold miseries for India as well as rest of the world. Such a state can never ever be either friendly or beneficial for India.  Our long term objective and interest is in the negation of this state for our own benefit and the benefit of a peaceful and civilized world order.

Jai Hind...

The Independence Day of any country is a moment of pride and glory for its citizens. The preamble of our Indian constitution starts with the words – “WE THE PEOPLE OF INDIA” –yes, we the people of India, feel proud of being citizens of free India. 15th August is a day when we can proudly admire ourselves as Indian citizens as at the stroke of midnight of August 15, 1947, India shook off the shackles of British Rule and attained independence. On this special occasion, we pay rich tribute to those freedom fighters and patriots by saluting & remembering them who sacrificed their “today’s for our tomorrow”. However it is a day not just worth celebrating but  to re-think, re-evaluate and re-dedicate ourselves for the cause of nation building.

For me “Freedom” means to dream without inhibitions, to choose our destiny or path, to speak our mind and to make our own decision. Being citizens of an Independent country, each one of us expect to enjoy rights to live, progress and prosper without discrimination and benefit from the policies & resources of our nation without fear or favour.

Today, let us take a few moments to reflect on how the nation has done in the past, and where it is headed to in the present and in the times to come. When we look at our social & political system and compare ourselves with the developed world, can we really claim that we are truly independent?  I wish to see a shining India in the golden words of Tagore -

Where the mind is without fear & the head is held high,
Where knowledge is free,
Where the world has not been broken up into fragments by narrow domestic walls,
Where words come out from the depth of truth,
Where tireless striving stretches its arms towards perfection,
Where the clear stream of reason hasn’t lost its way into the dreary desert sand of dead habit,
Where the mind is led forward by thee into ever-widening thought & action—
Into that heaven of freedom, my Father, let my country awake.

Happy Independence Day to all…

Jai Hind.

Part –II -> A Tale of Secularism – Pashupatinath, Iftaar and Babur’s Grave

Continued from yesterday’s blog….

The foundation of Muslim rule in India (Hindustan) was laid by  Mu'izzud-Din Muhammad, born Shahab Ud-Din Muhammad Ghori or Muhammad of Ghor (born in 1149 AD), a ruler of Ghorid empire in Afghanistan.  Prithviraj Chauhan (also called Rai Pithaura by Muslim historians), was a king of the Rajput Chauhan dynasty, who ruled a kingdom in Northern India  which included much of the present day Indian states of Rajasthan, Haryana, and parts of Uttar Pradesh and Punjab during the 2nd half of 12th century. He succeeded to the throne while still a minor and ruled from the twin capitals of Ajmer and Delhi. His stories of valour and courage since a young age are legendry in the folklores of Rajasthan and Indian literatures. Muhammad Ghori intended to invade India and thus in 1191 AD, proceeded towards “Hindustan” through the Khyber Pass in modern day Pakistan and was successful in reaching Punjab. He captured the fortress, Bathinda in present-day Punjab state on the north western frontier of Chauhan's kingdom. Hereafter, Ghorid army attacked the Kingdom of Prithviraj Chauhan at Tarain in 1191 AD. The Ghorid army initiated battle at Tarain by attacking with cavalry who launched arrows at the Rajputs from the centre. The forces of Prithviraj counter-attacked from three sides and dominated the battle. Ghori was defeated in the first battle of Tarain by Prithviraj and was taken prisoner. His army fled leaving Ghori  in the battle field. With the Rajputs in hot pursuit, the fleeing Muslim general  Qutub-ud-din Aibak of Ghori’s army let loose a large herd of cows chained to each other to block the path of the pursing Rajput army. Thus with their path blocked by bovines, whom the Hindus looked upon as a deity, it was impossible for the Rajput army to cut down the cows blocking their path and the Muslim army shrewdly made its escape, reducing its losses and preventing many Muslim soldiers from being taken as captives by the victorious Rajputs.  When the captured Mohammad Ghori was brought before Prithviraj as a captive, Ghori begged for mercy and promised that he would never lift his eyes toward Hindustan again. But internally he was seething with rage at being humiliated for having been captured by a “Kafer king”. But Prithviraj Chauhan, true to his Hindu tradition of large hearted graciousness towards a hapless unarmed prisoner king, foolishly ordered the release of Ghori against the advice of his friend &  court poet Chandra Vardai and others generals of Rajput army. Once freed, the vengeful Ghori who was  thirsty for revenge, went back to his kingdom Ghor to carefully plan his next attack on Prithviraj.  Ghori reneged on his sham promise to Prithviraj and promptly murdered the Rajput escorts and envoys that Prithviraj had sent to accompany Ghori back to Ghor. Displaying utter contempt for civilized behaviour, Ghori sent their severed heads as token of his “goodwill” to Prithviraj. Ghori broke his deceptive promise to Prithviraj and attacked Prithviraj’s kingdom once again in 1192 AD. Muhammad Ghori sent an ultimatum to Prithviraj that either he change his religion to Islam or be prepared to be defeated by Ghorid army. Prithviraj rejected Ghori’s ultimatum and in reply offered him a cease-fire to consider a retreat with his army. So, the two armies again gathered at the same battlefield of Tarain (Taraori) near the ancient town of Thanesar (Thaneshwara) in present day Haryana. Ghori’s spies had told him that whenever the Hindus battled, the armies fought from sunrise up to sunset and there was no warfare before Sunrise and after sunset. In the meantime, Ghori also came to know that the supporting armies from the nearby friendly Rajput states were yet to reach Tarain. In fact, there was another angle to this delay too. Prithviraj’s father-in-law was Jaichand,  the ruler of the Kannauj kingdom. He belonged to the Gaharwar dynasty, subsequently known as the Rathore dynasty. Sanyogita (also known as Samyukta),  the daughter of Jaichand had a love affair with Prithviraj. After becoming one of the most powerful rulers in North India, Jaichand decided to conduct a symbolic sacrifice (yajna) to declare his supremacy. But Prithviraj, did not accept his supremacy and this caused enmity between the two powerful Rajput Kingdoms.  When Jaichand arranged “Swayamvar” ceremony for his daughter Samyukta’s marriage, he invited many princes of acceptable rank and heritage, but deliberately kept Prithviraj out of it. To add insult, Jaichand also erected a statue of Prithviraj depicting him as a doorman at the venue.  Learning this Prithviraj made his plans and confided the same to  Samyukta. On the day of the ceremony, Samyukta  entered the venue of the swayamvar and walked straight down the hall passing by all the assembled princes she reached the door and garlanded the statue of Prithviraj. Prithviraj, who had been hiding behind the statue in the garb of a doorman, emerged and eloped with Samyukta and married her. Thus, Prithviraj and Jaichand became sworn enemies. When Muhammad Ghori  invaded India in 1192 AD, Jaichand allied with Ghori and his influence was instrumental in delaying the arrival of supporting armies in Tarain from other Hindu Rajput states.  So, the Muslim army of Ghori attacked Prithviraj’s Rajput army at 3a.m. before dawn. The Muslims had the advantage of surprise, which they had gained by deceit. The uneven battle continued till noon, by when the Muslims had slaughtered many of the Rajputs. But the Rajputs did not yield and gradually gained the upper hand in the battle. By midday, it looked like the second battle of Tarain would also go the way the first had gone. Ghori saw victory slipping out of his hands once again and so resorted to another patented Muslim subterfuge of single combat – called Mard-o-Mard in Farsi (Persian). Ghori sent words that he would call off the battle, if Prithviraj came and fought his champion Qutub-ud-din Aibak in single combat. To save the lives of his soldiers and to conclude the war quickly Prithviraj agreed. The rule in single combat was that when one combatant is either pinned down or killed, the army to which he belongs retreats by conceding defeat. No other combatant is allowed to participate in this combat, hence the name - single combat. But with the insidious Muslims, this rule did not hold. When the two met , Prithviraja’s sword felt heavy on Qutub, who risked losing his life. So Qutub resorted to a feint and by whirling below his saddle, cut off one of the feet of Prithviraj’s horse, before Prithviraj could realize what he was up to. As the horse lost balance, Prithviraj tripped and fell off his wounded horse. At a pre-arranged signal from Qutub, a band of Muslim soldiers, who had till then stood aside in the grab of horse-tenders, jumped on Prithviraj, pinned him down and pressed on his face a dose of hashish. They bound the drugged Prithviraj in chains and galloped away with him as a prisoner into their ranks, before the Rajputs could realize this unexpected act of treachery. Ghori’s army then spread a rumour in the Rajput camp that Prithviraj was dead and that they were holding aloft his dead body on an elephant to show the Rajputs the futility of fighting further. When Prithviraj’s army saw this, they conceded defeat and thus Muslim rule over India started with a trade mark Muslim trick of deceit.  Ghori’s army took captured Prithviraj to Afghanistan.

Our Leftist-Jihadi sympathiser historians,  don’t describe the Tarain battle so much in details as above and in short say that after the defeat (they don’t narrate the deceit  used by the Muslim army of Ghori) in the 2nd battle of Tarain, Prithviraj was executed by Ghori in Afghanistan and that was the end of this Rajput Chauhan King. As per them, Muhammad Ghori  was assassinated on 15th March’1206 AD, while offering his evening prayers back in Afghanistan. But identity of Ghori's assassins is disputed, with some  of the historians claiming that he was assassinated by local Gakhars and others claiming he was assassinated by Khokhars or even Ismailis. However, this is an absolute lie and an attempt to pull wool over our eyes by the unabashedly pro-jihadi, communist, anti-national  intellectuals and historians. A little research of the various folklores, local history and related archaeological sites in Rajasthan and also in Afghanistan can prove their narration of the battle, the theory  of execution of Prithviraj and assassination of Ghori wrong.  I have narrated above the actual picture of the life and time of Prithviraj Chauhan and the two battles of Tarain. The truth of Prithviraj and Ghori ’s death is as follows and I will explain later why this is the truth.

It was correct that the captured Prithviraj Chauhan was taken to Ghor in Afghanistan by the Muslim invaders. When Prithviraj was presented in chains before Muhammed Ghori in his court in presence of the Ghorid courtiers (ministers and generals), Prithviraj reminded Ghori, how when he was captured and presented before Prithviraj (after the 1st battle of Tarain), Prithviraj had honourably released him trusting his promises. On hearing this Ghori and his courtiers laughed at Prithviraj and told him that he was a fool and did not understand Islam and the Muslim psyche. When Prithviraj glared back at Ghori, he ordered him to lower his eyes as he was a captive and at the mercy of Ghori. But a defiant Prithviraj told him that a Rajput’s eyes are lowered only in death. On hearing this, Ghori flew into a rage and ordered that Prithviraj’s eyes be pierced with red hot irons. Then a blinded Prithviraj was kept in solitary confinement and was regularly hauled to Ghori’s court to be taunted by Ghori and his courtiers as the “Lion of Delhi”.  During this period of captivity, Prithviraj’s friend, court poet and biographer Chandra Vardai (also known as Chand Bardai) came to Ghor and secured himself a place in Ghori’s court by showing his skills as a composer of poems in praise of the Ghorid King. But in reality Chandra Vardai was looking for an opportunity to avenge Ghori’s betrayal and humiliation of  his king and told Prithviraj of a plan. Before an annual event of Buskhazi (a sports event to showcase archery and other such fighting skills) was to be organized, Chandra Vardai told Ghori, that Prithviraj was so skilled an archer, that he could hit a target even with blind eyes without seeing the target and requested him to allow Prithviraj to demonstrate his skills. Actually Prithviraj was an expert archer in hitting target only by listening to a sound coming from it without even looking at the target. Bardai also told Ghori that as per Rajput tradition, King Prithviraj would accept order to shoot only from King Ghori, who had defeated him. Ghori’s ego being rubbed the right way, he readily agreed. On the specified day, Prithviraj was brought to the sporting arena and given a bow and a few arrows. And when Ghori gave the order to Prithviraj to shoot, Chandra Vardai in the following poetic stanza described the sitting position of Ghori –

“ Char baans, chaubis gaj, angul ashta pramaan,

Ete pal hai Sultan, ab mat chuko Chauhan”.

“Chaar baans” meant four bamboos stick, “chaubis gaj” meant approximately 24 yards, “angul ashta pramaan” meant eight fingers width. All this combined gave the exact location of Ghori sitting on his throne  i.e. “4 bamboos stick high, 24 yards away and exactly eight fingers up was Ghori sitting,  go ahead O Chauhan and don't miss the aim".

Prithviraj turned and took aim in the direction from where he heard Ghori’s voice and based on Chand Vardai’s couplet, in a flash sent three arrows one after another  racing to Ghori’s throat. Ghori was thus stuck dead by Prithviraj. Naturally after this Prithviraj was killed by the courtiers of Ghorid kingdom.  Thus Prithviraj had his justice, although due to his folly in pardoning the deceitful Ghori, he lost his kingdom and India lost its sovereignty to the beast like Muslim invaders.

But, the leftist-jihadi sympathiser historians of our country may say that the above is just fragment of imagination or folklore and there is no historical/archaeological proof available to substantiate it. However, I can prove them wrong with proofs available even today.  On the outskirts of Ghazni in Afghanistan, there exist two domed tombs. The larger is of Muhammad Ghori and few meters away is a second smaller tomb of Prithviraj Chauhan. In the centre of the second tomb there is a bare patch of earth where the actual grave should have been. Hanging over this spot from the top of the dome is a long, thick rope ending in a knot at shoulder height. Local Afghan Muslims even today on the birth and death anniversaries of  Ghori, grab hold of this knot in one hand and stamp vigorously and repeatedly with one foot on the bare patch in the centre of the tomb. This is to vent their anger by stamping on the grave of Prithviraj Chauhan, as according to their local history, Prithviraj had killed their hero Ghori as I described above.  This narration of Prithviraj’s imprisonment and then death of Muhammad Ghori and Prithviraj as described above is also found in “Prithviraja Raso”, the epic biographical poem composed by the biographer-court poet, Chandra Vardai, on the life of Prithviraj Chauhan. The “Prithviraj Raso” was composed by Chandra Vardai, who as per his occupation, accompanied the king in all his battles and completed by Vardai's son Jalhana. Had this not been historically true fact, how both - the Muslims in Afghanistan and Rajputs in India over generations of centuries follow/believe the same sequence of events, which finds its mention with striking similarity in both their historical and biographical folklores? Also, how is it that still the Muslims in Afghanistan vent their anger by stamping on the grave of Prithviraj Chauhan for killing their hero Muhammad Ghori? History is always based on investigation of tradition, biographical folklore, writings of the court poets/biographers and archaeological remains. But while teaching us history of Prithviraj and Ghori, our unabashedly pro-Islamist, communist, anti-national   historians and intellectuals totally ignored all these elements of historical facts and articulated their completely false and fabricated description of events to deprive us of the accounts of the glorious historical bravery of our Hindu kings and heroes. Thus our pseudo secular Congress Prime Ministers always paid their obeisance at invader Babur’s grave ignoring the grave of our Hero Prithviraj Chauhan lying dilapidated and neglected in the same country – Afghanistan.

From history, we become aware of  the achievements of  our ancestors - their successes and failures. It enables us to analyse the reasons that brought those successes and failures and thus helps us take corrective steps in the present geo-political-economic situation. So, if our  history is erroneous or distorted, we will not be able to identify and anticipate the cause and implication  of our current national problems. Therefore, distortion of  national history is not only a serious offense, but an unpardonable crime. However,  in India this crime has been committed by our pseudo secular historians, intellectuals and politicians, who are feeding us a history which is horribly distorted due to political reasons. Particularly the history of Muslim conquest and the period of Muslim rule, that lasted for nearly eight centuries, has been so distorted that it is almost impossible for an individual to salvage the true history from those garbage of lies and deceits. The most unfortunate part of this  episode is that, majority of citizens after learning this distorted history through the  text books since school days, are developing wrong ideas about their past, hating and ignoring the glorious traditions, achievements and bravery of  their  forefathers. It should be noted that the concept of Hindu-Muslim amity was entirely biased and prejudiced. Only Hindus have been made to sacrifice for the sake of the said Hindu-Muslim amity and secularism. To achieve that pseudo secularism, our historians and politicians have collaborated for alteration and distortion of Indian history, particularly the period of Muslim rule.  And two major guidelines have been set for this purpose – a. Muslim rulers were not foreign invaders as they mostly lived and died in India and b. the Muslim rule in India was not a colonial, oppressive rule but a golden period of Indian history. And following these two guidelines, a group of spineless, self-serving and traitorous individuals called secular historians, have twisted, falsified and misinterpreted history of India on a grand scale to demoralize the natives (Hindus). Not only that, the Government of India mostly under the pseudo secular Congress was perverting Indian history in the name of national integration. Please remember, the teaching of falsified history affects us all  as it moulds our mentality and characteristics. It determines how we behave with one another and with non-Indians and how non-Indians treat us. They pretend that the generally cruel Muslim rule in India was benign and secular so that this account will serve to make present  Hindus and Muslims more benign and secular and help them bury the past. But actually the opposite is true. If a nation does not face its true history, it has no future and its present remains confused. It has also been intentionally done in order to prevent the majority community from awakening from its colonial and religious oppression, fearing this would increase communal disharmony  even though distortions caused, like the image of Hindus as backward idolaters, castiest and coward continue in the world media today. The result is that tour country lacks a genuine national pride and a sense of its continuity to ancient times. India needs a real national spirit and for this a national sense of history, pride and purpose is required. True Indian nationalism should be rooted in true Indian ethos of spirituality, courage and pluralism based on national and historical pride. A greater sense of national identity would be the best thing to counter the present disintegrating influences of jihadi culture, castiest and regional forces that are taking our country to doom.

A Tale of Secularism – Pashupatinath, Iftaar and Babur’s Grave

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been criticised by the opposition parties in parliament for not greeting Muslims on Eid and not organizing Iftaar parties for representatives of the Muslim community like earlier Prime Ministers. These issues were raised by the opposition parties in view of his visit to Pashupatinath Temple during his recent visit to Nepal, even as pictures of the PM offering prayers at Nepal's this famous Temple were splashed all over the TV screens and News Paper headlines. As per the leaders of various “Secular” opposition parties, it was expected that the PM would wish Muslims on Eid too and wanted to know the reason for this “differentiation”. As per them India believes in secularism, but that "some evil forces are trying to create communal tension".  They also pointed out  that since Independence India's Prime Ministers have been hosting Iftaars but none was held under  PM Modi and questioned what has happened now.

Meanwhile Parliamentary Affairs Minister M Venkaiah Naidu replied to the criticism saying that the opposition should check their facts as PM had greeted Muslims on Eid and tweeted as below:
Greetings on Eid-ul-Fitr. May this auspicious day strengthen the bond of peace, unity & brotherhood across our Nation. — Narendra Modi (@narendramodi) July 29, 2014

What these Pseudo Secular politicians  fail to explain is - does greeting and organizing feasts only for one particular community make Indian politicians specially Hindu politicians secular? Is holding Iftaar parties mandatory for the PM? Is it a constitutional requirement? Did they criticize Manmohan Singh or Sonia Gandhi for not hosting Holi Milan or Diwali party? Will Omar Abdullah host an official Diwali party in Srinagar? I am not sure how by having Modi wining and dining with Shabana Azmis and Javed Akhtars in Delhi, will help Hindus mend differences with Muslims in Meerut, Muzaffarnagar and Saharanpur? These symbolic gestures count for nothing as they are for the so called elite or powerful class of our society, who get  a chance to socialize with politicians and media during such occasions.

Why in India always only Hindus have to bear the burden of secularism and prove their secular credentials every time whereas we never see any Muslim leaders participating in any Hindu religious ceremony let alone wearing a Tilak or accepting Prasad. Have anybody ever seen any Muslim leader participating in Holi, Diwali or Ganesh Chaturthi Utsav let alone wearing Saffron Anga Vastra or Turban? But no they need not do so, as Muslims are born secular but they demand that others behave as per their whims and fancies. How does it matter if Imam Bukhari asks Muslims not to join Anna Hazare because of Vande Matram, how does it matter that Saudi King while visiting India does not go to Mahatma Gandhi's samadhi, how does it matter if Islam forbids its faithful’s not to offer respect to Hindu culture or deities?  It doesn’t matter to the secular brigade that BSP MP Shafiqur  Rahman  Barq, walked out of the Lok Sabha as India's national song Vande Mataram began playing, saying that it amounts to worshipping the Motherland & it is incorrect for a true Muslim as he can worship only Allah. It also does not matter to them that Kerala ministers of Indian Union Muslim league IUML (allies of  "secular Congress party ” ruling in Kerala), are refusing to light a lamp to inaugurate public functions saying this Indian tradition is un-Islamic.

What Narendra Modi as an individual is doing is being equated by these pseudo secularists as his position's act? This is the mindset and the basic problem of this secular brigade. Modi as an individual is a “Hindu by birth” and Prime Minister is his “Official Position”. As Prime Minister he need not do anything except providing good governance and equal development and justice for all Indians irrespective of their caste, creed or religion. As individual he can do what he is interested in personally. Does this brigade know the meaning of secularism? It is separation of religion  from state.  A secular person or politician can continue to hold his personal religious faith & beliefs, but he doesn't involve religion in matters of governance.  And this is what Modi is doing.

Just imagine how Modi would appear in the “Breaking News” and next day's News Papers if he had indeed organized an Iftaar wearing the skull cap. The very media that is questioning his secular credentials today would have written headlines as “Maulana Modi”  and that he is playing communal politics and  ready to stoop to any level for power.  Modi is a man, who’s secularism is in his heart and deeds to his motherland.  Anyone else in his place would have succumbed to the flashing cameras and simply given into such cheap publicity gimmicks. They choose to ignore his dedicated work to improve the economy of Gujarat and now of India but are outraged that he declined to organize or attend Iftaar parties. Modi is on record saying that for him “secularism is India First” &  his philosophy is ‘Justice to all, Appeasement to none’ and that “Religion should not be an instrument in our democratic process”. Hence, there should be no Iftaar, Deewali, Christmas parties by the Prime Minister or any other person holding such posts in this country going forward and this culture of appeasement of a particular minority community must be stopped. Modi & BJP came to power riding on the hopes of  millions of “Anti Pseudo Secularist” voters, Patriotic and Nationalistic citizens of India. Before the last Lok Sabha elections, the Pseudo Secularists, Jihadi supporters and sympathisers were thrashing about, screeching & screaming in TV studios, News Papers & street corners that Modi is a divisive, communal, murderous person & BJP is a majoritarian, right-wing party that is anti-Muslims. They have not learnt any lesson from their decimation in the last elections. Why should they grudge his visit to Pashupatinath temple? He is a devout Hindu, has right to his religious beliefs and is not ashamed of it for vote bank politics. He greeted Muslims on Eid. What more they want?  I am sure they are still reeling under the shock of the defeat of their vicious campaign against him. This is nothing but a manifestation of their frustration.  Narendra Modi will change the culture of “false secularism” in India.

This political alliance of Congressi-Marxist-Jihadi-Radical-Castiest (CMJRC) is today the greatest threat to India’s integrity, security and nationalism. They try to pull wool over our eyes and are supported by the unabashedly pro-Jihadi, pro-terrorist, communist, anti-national   journalists in Indian electronic & print media, intellectuals and historians. For these “Secular Saints”- deriding Hindu culture, faith and history through article, literature, art etc. are secular freedom of expression but if someone presents facts against Muslims, then that’s communal.  In this regard, I just want to recall a few incidents/actions by our former Congress Prime Ministers.

Former foreign Minister K Natwar Singh made an interesting revelation about former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi in his book “Profile and Letters”. It states that during her official visit to Afghanistan in 1968, the then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi (Natwar Singh was accompanying her as an IFS office on duty),  after the day’s engagement wanted to visit the burial place (grave) of Babur, the “Mughal King”, who invaded India and established Mughal Dynasty’s rule. The Afghan Security officials tried to dissuade her but she was adamant.  Finally she went to the grave of Babur, which was a deserted place. She stood before Babur’s grave for a few minutes with her head bent down in reverence. Natwar Singh was standing behind her. After she finished her prayers, she turned back and told Singh “today we have had our brush with history”.  Again, Indian Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh, Rahul Gandhi and K. Natwar Singh (this time as India’s External Affairs Minister) visited Afghanistan in 2005. During that visit they had also visited Babur's Grave. Needless to say Babur was an “Invader”  and not an “Indian King”. Indian Media and Indians historians/intellectuals might have forgotten to recollect history as there is another grave in Afghanistan – the burial place of legendary Rajput King Prithviraj Chauhan, an Indian hero who fought the “Muslim Invaders”, lying in a dilapidated condition in the outskirts of Ghazni. But they never visited his grave and paid homage to the Hindu King.  This is because paying obeisance to the “Pride of Hindu History of Bravery” may not be pleasing to the Muslim community back in India, which is their vote bank.  This would have also gone against the established “False Secularism” in India by the CMJRC (Congressi-Marxist-Jihadi-Radical-Castiest) brigade.  Do you know why?
