An Open Letter to Dr. Manmohan Singh on Demonetization Debate

Dear Dr.Singh,
I, as a common man of this nation, have the highest regard for you as an economic expert and for your contribution towards liberalization of the nation’s economy as Finance Minister. During your long career when you wore many hats – from Professor to RBI Governor and from Dy. Chairman of Planning Commission to Union Finance Minister – you had earned respect for your acumen and revolutionary steps to change the economic landscape of this nation. Till then this nation saw your technocrat side rather than the political side and even your ideological adversaries - be it in the field of Finance or Politics - had to hold you in high esteem for your personal & profession integrity and apolitical work in the nation’s interest. Finally you became Prime Minister for 10 long years. However, watching you speak in the Rajya Sabha a few days back, I felt that your political compulsions interfered with your honest assessment of the Demonetization as an economic expert.

Probably, this same compulsion pushed the technocrat in you to the background making your 10 years as Prime Minister – the worst in terms of corruption and scam in our nation’s history. It was during your Prime Ministership that we saw CWG scam, 2G spectrum scam, Coal block allocation scam, AgustaWestland helicopter scam, Tatra truck scam, Antrix Devas scam, Cash-for-Vote scam, Adarsh Housing Society scam, Banking sector scam etc. And these were just a handful among many more such blatant plunder of the nation’s resources and tax payer’s money. Obeying your political master Sonia Gandhi’s command & digesting insults at the hands of her worthless spoilt brat Rahul Gandhi - you had only watched helplessly as the economy & the government machinery of the country disintegrated right before your eyes. You had even justified the monumental loot of the nation, saying it was coalition dharma. What action did you take to curb black money? In spite of serious criticism by the Supreme Court of India, your Govt. was so unrelenting & remorseless that it even refused to establish a Special Investigation Team (SIT) to investigate black money.

During your 7 minutes speech in Rajya Sabha, you had used a few words/phrases like, "monumental mismanagement, organised loot, legalised plunder and In the long run all of us are dead" etc. to describe the Demonetization process of the present Govt and I would attempt to answer you on behalf of the common men of India on each of the points you had raised against Demonetization.

It’s a no brainer that Prime Minister Modi with this single stroke of demonetization has destroyed the base of corruption in India built over several decades. With this single move, the current Govt has made a serious attempt for the first time ever to tackle all the three aspects of black money affecting the economy i.e. a parallel cash economy, counterfeit currency and terror financing.

The demonetization decision was not taken without thorough and systematic planning to curb black money. This is evident from the fact that in the first ever Cabinet meeting of the Modi Govt, decision to form the SIT to investigate black money was cleared which was till then kept in cold storage under your Govt. Tax treaties were renegotiated and signed with various foreign Govts to collect information on suspected persons, their bank accounts and transactions in tax heavens around the world. This made it much harder to hide cash abroad as well as round tripping of funds to India. As per various monitoring agencies around the world, this led to drying up of outflow of black money from India and created fear in the hearts of people who had such money stacked in accounts and other investments in tax heavens & elsewhere. Then the Black Money (Undisclosed Foreign Income & Assets) and Imposition of Tax Act, 2015 was introduced to bring back black money stashed abroad and its compliance window ended on 30 Sept’15. This act also had various stringent provisions for penalty and prosecution of foreign black money holder’s unearthed during future investigation by the tax dept. Govt also made it mandatory effective January’16, to quote PAN for all sale & purchase of goods & services above Rs.2 lakh in a bid to curb black money. This move brought all high-value household purchases like high-end electronic gadgets, foreign holiday packages, luxury items like expensive watches & gold jewellery purchases under the lens of the tax dept. After that, this Govt's black money declaration scheme received a record Rs. 65,250 cr in the IDS during the 4 months window that closed in October’16. PM Modi publicly declared that this was the last & final opportunity for tax evaders to come clean in the eyes of law. Simultaneously, this Govt opened more than 25.5 crore Jan-Dhan accounts for people from the lower strata of the economic pyramid & working in the unorganized sector and nearly 20 crore "Rupay" debit cards were issued to people who were out of the formal banking system of the country. All these steps were directed towards promoting greater financial transparency and more accounted transaction in India. So, the demonetisation scheme forms a major part of this series and clearly not a decision taken in haste to curb the menace of black money. PM Modi has also announced that he would not stop here and after 30th Dec’16, many more strong & effective measures will be taken to eliminate this menace, “Benami Property” being his next target. While it’s correct that there have been long queues and disruptions of economic activities in the short term, neither the bonafide intent nor the execution by Govt can be questioned as no one in this world has any experience or expertise of such a humongous exercise. Many of the problems seen today could never have been anticipated and a few which were anticipated could not have been mitigated by taking advanced action as the surprise element would have been lost for sure. It is the surprise element, due to which this demonetisation exercise is set to yield phenomenal results. PM Modi has rightly said that majority of the heart burn is from those who didn’t get enough time or notice to hide or convert their black money as well as black deeds. During your tenure of 10 years, you never dared to even take 1/10th of the above steps to curb black money and had you acted that little probably demonetization would not have been reqd now. So, for you to call demonetization a “monumental mismanagement” is insane.

And who knows better than you, what is “Organised loot & Legalized Plunder”? It is your party’s rule for 60+ years which brought our nation to such a pathetic state and reached pinnacle under your Prime Ministership. We common men are suffering today due to your mis governance and wrong doings. Such comments do not behove a man who allowed organised loot & legalized plunder of public money at monumental scale for 10 years. While PM Modi has carried out a “surgical strike” on black money amassed by the corrupt politicians & economic criminals and declared those as “Toilet Paper”, you never had even the guts & the spine to stand up to the nefarious designs of some members of your party & cabinet even as they were plundering our exchequer under the patronage of your high command.

Dr. Singh, as per your claim, some 70 people allegedly died while exchanging currency notes/withdrawing money, but you never bothered about the lakhs of people who died due to not having currency notes during your rule. Also, when you were the Finance Minister in 1992, you were a silent spectator to the stock market scam from Harshad Mehta. The stocks crashed and many innocent people including retired persons lost all their life’s saving, many 100s died of stroke or committed suicide. But none was compensated. Where were your sympathy then for those dead? He who winks at crime is no better than the criminal committing it. Yes, the common men have been inconvenienced by Modi Govt's demonetisation of the high-value currency notes and face a period of hardship but unlike during your regime, now they don't have to cope with double-digit inflation that halved their meagre income and are not cheated of their hard-earned money through elaborate scams.

You had talked about Keynesian theory that “in the long run all of us are dead”. But by saying the above, you actually contradicted your biggest achievement - had you not taken the “long run” into consideration, no economic reform of 1992 would have been possible. Yes, we are all dead in the long run but that doesn’t justify a Govt. not doing enough for our future generations. We surely will be dead in the long run but this nation will still be alive. And our future generation will hold us responsible for not doing our duty to give them a clean, corruption free, progressive and developed India. India of today’s generation required demonetisation because Dr. Singh, as Prime Minister you had failed to implement the Keynes theory. And neither could you control the side-effects of corruption, nepotism and misuse of public spending. Just accept honestly Dr. Singh, that you had your chances but you botched it up.

We the common men of this nation, are amazed at the logic and arguments your party and alliance partners are putting forward. Since, PM Modi won the 2014 elections, all of you were daring him to act against black money as he had promised during his campaign. You all had even accused him of “jumla baazi” and being hand in glove with the black money hoarders. When he launched the Jan Dhan Yojna accounts, you had ridiculed him for wasting effort and investment in unnecessary actions and pointed to the low deposit in those accounts. When he announced voluntary disclosure schemes for declaring black money, you had taunted him by assuring low response and failure. When he raided black money hoarders, you had accused him of Tax Terrorism. But when Demonetization happened, suddenly you remembered those poor people who don’t have a bank account and may face inconvenience while exchanging/withdrawing hard earned money? And your party, whose 60+ years of socialistic pattern of license-permit raj, which made a virtue of standing in queues - from ration to kerosene/gas, phone/electricity connection to train/bus tickets, Hospital treatment to birth/death certificates, seeds/fertilizer to trade license – suddenly realized that that queues are the worst form of oppression in this nation?

The problem of Black money or rather the parallel economy created over 60+ years of mainly Congress rule, can't be solved so easily. It needs some innovative, drastic and disruptive measures. PM Modi has dared to do that. He has attempted to clean the muck, make the economy robust and establish confidence of the people in the system. Any disruptive solution will have a bit of inconvenience. Those, whose rule was hall mark of “organised loot, legalized plunder and monumental mismanagement” are the least qualified to talk on this subject. You had failed to pick the right person for the right job in your ministry without political consideration and even failed to control your fellow ministers. The money that was looted during your rule is enough to rectify all the downside you are pointing out about the demonetisation process. Had you exercised enough check and balance during your tenure, we wouldn't have required this extreme step by PM Modi. Over 80% of the citizens suffering short term inconvenience today are supporting the demonetization process as they see a better tomorrow with revolutionary transformation. If you had expressed these words/phrases, atleast 3 years back also it would have been a worthy assessment of your Govt.

We have been listening to only complains from the opposition parties since the demonetization process has been initiated. But till now nobody has been able to give a convincing reply on the evils of this process. Only short term inconvenience to people, cash crunch etc. has been highlighted as the main issues. Can't the opposition see the positive aspect of the move? The huge deposits of cash in banks due to demonetization will increase liquidity with banks and supply of money in the market will increase leading to interest rates coming down, which will promote investment in the country. As the investment increases, production of goods and services will rise, leading to increase in employment and thereby income of the people. As the disposable income of people increases, consumption of the goods and services will increase, which will ultimately increase GDP of the country. This current process will also lead to more tax collection for the Govt leading to development of infrastructure. Govt will also be able to spend the additional money unearthed by way of demonetisation (between Rs.3 lakh crore to Rs. 4.5 lakh crore) on social services like affordable housing, education and health care etc. Can’t they see the black money stashed for years been made valueless overnight, counterfeit and terror funding crushed? My sincere apologies Dr.Singh, but we the common men of this nation never expected such bogus allegations and baseless statement from an erudite scholar and experienced technocrat like you. You should have given good suggestions to tide over the present situation rather than making common cause with the corrupt, criminal and anti-national brigade of politicians, journalists and intellectuals who have baked their bread by plundering this nation for long. This nation requires your knowledge and expertise in the development & growth of the nation & its common men and not for the development of your party/alliance or its leaders, who have no emotion for our progress. Can this nation expect this much from an economic expert like you Dr Singh or are we asking for too much? Please be sensible to our national interest atleast at the twilight of your long illustrious career which was marred by self-goal in the 10 years of your Prime Ministership. Only then history will be kind to you Dr. Singh.

With best regards,
A Common Man

Demonization of Demonetization

While the entire Nation is appreciating and applauding PM Modi for his bold and revolutionary decision to demonetize Rs.500 & 1000 currency notes, most of the opposition political parties are criticizing his action citing inconvenience to the common men. But this nation has seen through their such pathetic argument. It’s not very difficult to understand the shock these parties are in due to Modi’s historic decision. It has created a sever tremor in their stashed black money kept hidden in bundles of Rs.500 & 1000 currency notes. The pain of seeing their huge treasure turning into toilet papers overnight is making them speak nonsense. But their lame arguments so far have been shrill, hysterical and devoid of substance or logic. Rather, their reaction to demonetization has shown a collective brain–freeze on their part. The common men are facing this hardship with courage and with a hope of a better tomorrow & greater good for this nation. The Govt. is also working 24 hrs. for making the process of exchange, deposit and withdrawal of currency notes faster and smoother. The entire Govt machinery is giving topmost priority to this process in the next 50 days period and continuously monitoring & improving the process.

The demonization of the demonetization decision has largely come from three political groups and their affiliate media, activists and intellectuals. They are A) Congress, B) Communists and C) Regional political parties like AAP, TMC, SP, BSP, NC, DMK, Shiva Sena etc. But let’s understand why do they condemn the demonetization decision? Is it because it is really a bad decision for our nation?

The reason Congress is opposing the move as Modi has hit not only at their “Khajana of Black Money” amassed over a long time but also at the root of their black money generating, circulating, multiplying and storing machinery. It is also due to the fact that Modi is trying to change the entire social, political & economic culture and discourse of India. If Modi succeeds, India's politics will change forever as then people will vote based on whether the Govt. is corruption free, builds roads & other infrastructure, provides 24 hrs. power, arranges for education, healthcare, world class manufacturing & services facilities, provides an intermediary free fare market for produces and helps people by creating opportunities for livelihood & prosper instead of voting just on caste & minority appeasement, subsidies and free bees. This is not acceptable to Congress as they are never really interested in India progressing to become a developed nation. They want to have more poor and socially divisive population, dirty-filthy cities, towns & villages, corrupt and scam full governance - so that they can continue to bake their bread on India’s woes and Nehru-Gandhi Pvt. Ltd retain their hold on power. Congress and its leaders, institutionalized corruption in India & made it into an industry, looted national resources and thousands of crores of tax payers’ money meant for development of the nation, destroyed & subverted every institution and office, twisted & distorted the social, political and economic discourse for clinging to power and even supported the enemies of the nation for own benefit. They made the nation dirty, mediocre, apologetic, submissive, divisive and status quoist so that they can continue to rule and amass wealth by deceiving & misleading the common men.

It’s a no brainer that Communism is the single biggest political ideology that was responsible for spread of large scale hunger, poverty, strife and mass genocide around the world. It’s the single most hypocritical and regressive political ideology which oppressed the masses it claims to represent using brutality and denial of fundamental rights wherever it flourished. But irony is that the Indian ideological descendants of Stalin, Mao and Pol Pot are giving sermon and certificate to the Modi Govt. of not being sincere to the poor and marginalized common men. These failed communist politicians who don’t have any nationwide political base and ready to sleep anytime with corrupt and criminal Congress & Regional forces to remain relevant are frothing from their mouth showing their outrage at Modi Govt’s decision of demonetization. While they provide leap service saying Black money should be eradicated, CPI(M) general secretary Sitaram Yechury says that Modi Govt. cannot decide the way people of the country live and warned of widespread protest against the “unacceptable” step. As per him India should remain an 80% cash economy which he calls “payment and settlement”. This “payment & settlement” is actually the “socialistic pattern of economy” adopted by India since independence due to hijacking of our Economic Model by different shades of Left-wing thinkers. They created a “License & Permit Raj”, supported by the failed public sector policies - where getting a phone connection took 5 to 10 years, getting a gas cylinder took 10 years, having 1 TV channel controlled by Govt. and going to ration shop for ration to kerosene etc. This system actively encouraged corruption and Govt. employees & middlemen became extortionists. Politicians became experts at stealing public funds. The Frankenstein state with a massive corrupt system, created over 60 years, found new ways to extend itself by conferring new rights on the hapless people - right to information, right to work (MNREGA), right to food, right to education and right to health etc. These are nothing but the state seeking new ways to retain the system of loot based on public resources. While Political wings of the Communist parties have pretended to be with parliamentary democracy, their underground Maoist-Leninist arms wings continue to wage a bloody war in various parts of the country to overthrow the democratic system to establish a "proletariat" ruled by a Marxist politburo of dictatorial governance. Seeing their hold eroding on the Indian Governance, Economic and Education system under Modi Govt, these hypocrites are demonizing the demonetization process.

The third vocal group is the various single leader (or family) centric Regional Political Parties like AAP, SP, BSP, TMC, DMK, Shiva Sena, National Conference etc. If we look at the track record of these regional political parties, we find that they have never done any good to their state or people they claim to represent. This is because caste or region based politics is just a parochial and selfish tactic of these vested politicians, just to get some short term political mileage. They just exploit economic reasons for political dividends and use these only as a short cut to achieve their own political and economic ambitions by emotionally exploiting the sentiments of the people they represent. Also, each of these political parties and their leaders are the most corrupt, criminal and anti-developmental. This is because once they come to power, they realize that they can remain relevant only till such time the people they represent remain socially, educationally, economically and even politically underdeveloped. Whenever and wherever they come to power, they push their state and common men backward by atleast 3x of the time they remain in power. The rise of Modi and BJP has heralded doom for their caste and regional politics. They are losing grip on their vote bank due to rise of developmental politics based on nationalism under Prime Minister Modi. Demonetization has hit them hard as they have lost their huge stock of black money earned through corruption during their rule in various states of the country and this is making their political future bleak in the coming assembly elections. Hence, they are demanding a roll back else threatening violence & riot.

Though all the above political groups are citing inconvenience to the common men as the main reason for opposing demonetization, their concern is not about poor people or their sufferings, but they want common men to remain poor and suffer continuously so that they can use them at their convenience for political mileage. PM Modi rightly says that we need freedom from the status quoist mindset and that the nation is "restless" for a systemic change. Modi is the change agent and all the above opposition parties are status-quoist. Corruption and black money are the biggest hindrances in our nation’s march towards development. The short term inconvenience that we are facing is worth and just a small sacrifice, when looked at the larger interest of our country's economy and fight against corruption and terrorism. So, it’s a solemn duty of every honest and nationalist citizen of this nation to support Prime Minister Modi in his endeavour to track & eliminate black money and thereby corruption from our country. We must stand with the Govt. in foiling the evil design of these corrupt and criminal elements to incite violence and create anarchy. We are fighting this war for ourselves and for our future generations. If we fail to stand up and help PM Modi defeat this corrupt and criminal Congressi-Marxists-Radical-Jihadi-Castiest (CMRJC) brigade of politicians and their supporter/ sympathizer/ collaborator media, activists & intellectuals, our future generation will never forgive us. They will hold us responsible for not doing our duty to give them a clean, corruption free, progressive and developed India.

Surgical Strike on Black Money & Terror Funding

Corruption and black money are the biggest hindrances in our nation’s march towards development. Also, it is the lifeline for terrorism and the proxy war waged by Pakistan on our nation for last 3 decades. They are spreading counterfeit currency notes to destabilize India economically and through Islamic Jihad.   By stopping  circulation of the current  500 and 1,000 rupee currency notes effective  9th Nov, the Modi Govt. has effectively forced the entire nation to go to the banks or post offices to have their cash in hand in those denominations  added to their bank accounts thereby  forcing them to declare all such cash holdings. This move will have a massive impact on the black money and counterfeiting ecosystem prevalent in the country. This is because the monetary value of 500 and 1,000 currency notes in circulation far outstrips any other denomination, as the chart below shows. Also, 85% of all cash holding are in these two denominations. This very bold  strategy adapted by Modi Govt to dismantle the black economy and the terror funding infrastructure, deserves the highest compliment from every nationalist and patriotic Indian citizen. This should have been done long back but no Prime Minister or political party earlier had enough guts the way Modi has demonstrated and  had turned a blind eye, as there is political patronage to the whole business. He did it very systematically. When we look back, its now evident that the decision was not sudden. It started with the drive for bank account for all including for those who are at the lowest level of the economic pyramid, then linked bank accounts with aadhar etc., then brought disclosure of bank account in income tax return, added to it the various data mining and collection tools in the hands of the economic vigilance & tax authorities, then the income disclosure scheme. And finally this masterstroke. Truly a systematic effort at eliminating and punishing the back economy in the last 2 years.

All of us, of course, have to suffer some short term inconvenience but all that is worth it and is just a small sacrifice, when looked at the larger interest of our country's economy and fight against corruption and terrorism. While the common people are rejoicing  at the announcement, there are some Politicians/Political parties, Media and Individuals with vested interest are unable to digest this masterstroke and are raising irrelevant questions and issues. These political parties and their supporters /sympathizers  are very upset and protesting. They are taking the alibi that the move will cause inconvenience to the poor and common men. But the real reason for their opposing this move is not very difficult to figure out. Prime Minister Modi’s masterstroke aimed at curbing black money could have a far-reaching impact for political parties. It is estimated that about 70% of the funding for political parties come from undocumented sources. With Assembly elections round the corner in states like Punjab, UP, Goa etc., the pulling out of 500 and 1,000 currency notes could pose serious problems for most political parties and candidates.  Opposition political parties - specially Congress, Communists, the Castiest  and  Regional parties -  who have plundered common people through various scams over  almost 6 decades are hell bent upon opposing any move by the current Govt.  for their own interest and anti-national agenda. Also, huge unaccounted cash generated from corrupt practices are being held by individuals or organizations, which have become useless overnight and a major loss to them. The hawala money and counterfeit currency in the hands of the anti-India organizations/individuals have lost use overnight. A Home Ministry report says that remittances worth about Rs 23,000 crore per year reaches only Kerala through the hawala channel. So one can guess how much such money comes to the whole country in only one year. What is alarming is that also large fund comes to the country, camouflaged as money for charity or religion. Another report that analyses these money  found that majority of these are controlled by ISI and other such anti India organizations/individuals.

So, dear Politicians, Journalists, Jholawala Intellectuals & Activists – representing, supporting, sympathizing  - Congressis, Communists, Libtards, Castists & Jihadi lovers - kindly do not worry for inconvenience to the poor common men of this nation.  You have taught us enough resilience to bear with inconvenience through - your agitations, protests, bandhs, hartals on flimsy issues.  And to stand in Ques since our independence for …

Birth/Death certificate
Ration
Kerosene
Hospital treatment
School/College admission
Seeds & Fertilizer
License for business/industry
Jobs
Train & Bus tickets
Electricity/Water/LPG/Phone connections and then to pay these bills
Municipality/Sales/Income tax
Darshans at Religious places
And above all for Voting you to power to plunder us.

So, this time for a few days, we don't mind to stand in the Bank/Post office/ATM Ques to prove our honesty and expose your black money as well as black deeds.

We are not frustrated and complaining. It’s our duty to  support our Prime Minister to bring systemic change in our nation. Our Armed Forces are fighting enemies of our nation at the border and it’s our duty to join them to fight internal as well as external enemies of our nation who are trying to destroy  us economically with the help of some of our own unscrupulous countrymen. We are fighting  this war for ourselves and for our future generations. Drastic change does not come slowly, it hits like a hammer and breaks all that is regressive and status quoist.  It can be inconvenient in the short term but it will be revolutionary transformation in the long run. We don’t mind bearing this short term inconvenience today, for a better tomorrow.

Desh Bada Na Bhaiya, Sabse Bada Rupaiya

Islamic Research Foundation (IRF), the NGO run by the Salafist preacher Zakir Naik to spread Wahabi Islamism and religious conversion in India had paid Rs.50 lacs as donation to the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation led by Sonia Gandhi & her family and run by Congress Party leaders & associates.
It is very significant to note that Zakir Naik, who himself lives on foreign donation to run his activity & his NGO, had selected another NGO led & run by Gandhi family and Congress to redonate Rs.50 Lacs from the donation it received. Also, it is to be noted that majority of the donation received by Naik’s IRF was from Saudi Arabia’s special fund earmarked for setting up of Wahabi centres in India. Saudi Arabia, by establishing Wahabi centres wants to instill a radical thinking in the minds of the Sunni Muslims in India. The Wahabis are an extremely orthodox sect of Sunni Muslims. As per an Intelligence Bureau report, between 2011 and 2013 - Saudi Arabia sent Rs.1700 Cr to India through various sources & Wahabi preachers to conduct seminars in various parts of the country and use it to propagate the Wahabi style of Islam. In 2015, Saudi Arabia's King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud conferred the Arab country's most prestigious “Service to Islam” award on Naik. So what Service, was Naik providing to Islam (and Saudi Arabia) in India is now anybody’s guess. Naik is on the payroll of Saudi Arabia for performing religious conversions. Naik used to lure Hindus, Jains and members of other non-Islamic religions in India with money to make them convert to Islam.
But Congress can’t fool anybody by saying that it did not know that Zakir Naik would turn out to be "controversial hate preacher" in 2016 and hence they have returned the money they received in 2011 in July’2016. First, IRF has claimed that so far they have not received the retuned money. If Congress really wanted to return the money, in today’s E-Banking age, it doesn’t need 2 months to send back Rs.50 lacs. Second, why did Congress not return the money in 2012 itself when security agencies gave a negative report about Zakir Naik owned Peace TV. On 4th Dec’2012, the then Information and Broadcasting Minister Manish Tiwari gave a statement in Parliament that security agencies had identified 24 illegal foreign channels including Peace TV of Zakir Naik, whose content was objectionable and posed a potential security hazard to our nation.
Saudi Wahabi money travels to Congress - but for what? Congress and its supporters should introspect on how it has managed to attract huge donations and patronage from people with radical Islamic sympathies. This was also around the time various Congress leaders including General Secretaries and MPs were making pro-Islamic Jihad, pro Osama Bin Laden statements, opposed Batla House encounter etc. in press conferences. As recently as on 22nd July’2016, Congress leader Digvijaya Singh referred to Zakir Naik as a “messenger of peace” and accused Modi Govt of “relating” Islam to terrorism for investigating Naik & his NGOs track records. Is this not evidence enough that such donations were given as Congress was perceived as soft on letting Jihadi individuals and organizations like Zakir Naik go about their "business" without much scrutiny and to buy patronage & protection? So, can we now infer that Congees charged “professional fee” for its “pseudo-secularism”?
Warren Buffett, said that “it is only when the tide recedes do we know how many had been swimming naked”. After only two years of Modi-rule, the receding Congress-tide has exposed the one family that had been swimming naked for over 60 years. Foundations and Trusts in the name of charity are proxy fronts used by the Gandhis to siphon off illegal money including bribes and commissions from various scams. The Gandhi family has always maintained such unholy alliances and the Congress party is also infested with radical and criminal elements. It is no surprise that their funding comes from bribes, commissions and donations from shady individuals and organizations including Islamic Jihadi groups such as Zakir Naik’s.
The root cause of most of the problems India is facing since independence including Islamic Jihadi terrorism is Congress. Directly or indirectly Congress party has given patronage to anti-India , radical, inimical individuals & groups who are threat to India’s civilization, culture, heritage, integrity and security. Congress sold India to Islamic terrorists piece by piece. Its leaders like Shinde & Chidambaram coined the term Hindu Saffron Terror, Digvijaya Singh held Osama Ji & Hafeez Saheb in high esteem and termed Batla House encounter against Indian Mujahedeen as fake, Rahul Gandhi commented to US Ambassador that not Islamic Jihadi terrorism but Hindu extremists were the main threat to India, Mani Shankar Aiyar openly urged Pakistan while in Pakistani soil to help topple the Modi Govt. and help install Cong Govt for Pakistan’s interest, Salman Kurshid while in Pakistan lauded Sharif while slamming PM Modi for taking a tough stance against Pakistan for its cease fire violation and cross border terrorism in Jammu & Kashmir. Gandhi family and Congress would not hesitate to sell India to Wahabis & Jihadi terrorists even at a price. Congress party and it’s the then UPA home minister Chidambaram did everything to first kill Modi by LeT terrorists and then falsely implicate Modi in Ishrat Jehan encounter case, so that they don’t lose power and their un holy alliances with anti-India forces remain intact for money & power. Congress also sold “Freedom of Expression” & “Tolerance” limit to enemies of the nation and anti-nationals at certain prices. For Sonia Gandhi’s Congress "Desh Bada Na Bhaiya, Sabse Bada Rupaiya". This woman, her family and party have their fingers in every dirty deal in this country (as I am writing this another dirty deal in Embraer Aircrafts acquisition is tumbling out of the Congress’s cupboard). If Zakir Naik could pay Rs.50 lakh to the Rajiv Gandhi foundation, wonder how much Dawood Ibrahims, Hafiz Sayeeds, Yasin Bhatkals and the ISI would have paid to the corrupt Congress party over decades in power?
The alliance between Congress party/leaders and shady individuals/organizations including Zakir Naik’s require much intense and thorough probe to find out why Congress over decades always received donations, patronage and sympathy/support/vote from anti-Indian individuals & organizations.

Freedom of Sexpression in JNU

Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) is in the news once again and surely not for the right reason.

Anmol Ratan, a Ph.D student and a very prominent high ranking leader (former state president) of the CPI (ML) affiliated All India Students' Association (AISA) has surrendered to Delhi Police after remaining absconding for 4 days on a case filed against him by a M Phil student of the same university for raping her in his hostel room on the campus on last saturday. The victim, who recorded her statement before a magistrate, has told the police that Ratan contacted her on Facebook after she posted looking for a CD of the Marathi movie “Sairat” and later also Whatspped her, offering the CD. He then picked her up from her hostel and took her to his room at the Brahmaputra Hostel on the JNU campus for giving the CD. He offered her a spiked soft drink there and later raped her after she fell unconscious. After that he told her that he did not have the CD of the film. He then called her 13 times through the night to warn her of dire consequences if she tells anyone about the alleged rape. Police found his phone switched off during investigation.

Something is seriously wrong in JNU, which is frequently in news for the wrong reason. There is nothing prestigious about this university anymore, which has become a den for anti-social and anti-national elements like drug addicts, rapists and separatist/terrorist sympathiser traitors. These students affiliated to various separatist, terrorist and specially communist political organizations, think themselves to be above the jurisdiction of law of the land citing democracy and freedom of expression as if JNU is a separate sovereign nation, where they are engaged in anything but research & studies, enjoying almost a free ride at tax payers expense.

This is not the first case against these people — they talk about female emancipation but indulge in such crimes. A few months ago, a JNU female student had accused the university’s Students’ Union President Kanhaiya Kumar of misbehaving with her by flashing his private parts and threatening her, after she had confronted him for urinating in the open on the campus. There are many other such accusations against these Communist student activists. In the past, they would silence the victims at gender sensitization committee against sexual harassment (GSCASH) level and would get these issues resolved there itself. But this time they have been exposed, as the victim straight away went to the police. What a shameless bunch. They are not really students but Communist party activists masquerading as students just to live on state largesse. It is the influence of the communists over the Congress Party that enabled these parasites to remain blood suckers for last 68 years. Communists are normally parasites on the state, the world over. Hence in most parts of the world - after people have understood their game - have thrown them out permanently.

When the incident of anti-India sloganeering happened a few months back, these activists and their supporter Left leaning-Nehruvian-Lutyenite-intellegentsia said that police should not have entered the JNU campus. Would the same logic apply even in this present case now and the campus should be treated as 'outside' the nation’s purview for any crimes committed? This is the Azaadi that these JNU hoodlums fight for and the Congressi-Marxist-Radical-Jihadi-Castiest (CMRJC) brigade of media, intellectuals and politicians support them. JNU today is a hotbed of all kind of illegal and anti-national activities in the name of freedom apart from right education, right values and nation building. I am sure this CMRJC brigade will very soon come up with the theory of "freedom of sexpression" to defend their Anmol Ratan, as a consensual sex conspired by political opponents led by the BJP. They are almost surely working on a plan to discredit the victim female student. These Naxalite-Maoist-Jihadi Terrorist sympathiser students in JNU, do not respect their nation, their civilization and their culture. What do you expect them to do with fellow lady students? At the age of almost 30s, people normally settle down in their family life but these scumbags in JNU call themselves student and enjoy life at the cost of tax payers money by indulging in anti-social and anti-national activities. If they continue to be students at an age when they should have been fathers, this is what they will indulge in. And the Left leaning-Nehruvian-Lutyenite-intellegentsia of our country are silent now, not worried that their ideal students are indulging in such activities in their “secular-socialist-sovereign” campus but more worried about Kashmir’s Azaadi. These intellectuals encourage these students to celebrate Mahishasur Divas during Durga Puja/Navratri & call Goddess Durga a prostitute and then go on in drinking binge and end up forcing someone in bed. These people can’t control these 30 something kiddos in campus but speak about Azaadi. Very soon we may see Rahul Gandhi, Sitaram Yechuri, Arvind Kejriwal visiting JNU to meet their Anmol Ratans to show solidarity with them for their great achievement. I would not be surprised if another theory comes out from these intellectual legal brains as to how the accused (even after rape is proved) should not be convicted.

It’s high time that law enforcement agencies and University administration act quickly & sternly against these students, punish them and permanently eliminate all such elements from the campus and create a positive education environment. There is an urgent need to lift the morale of those students who are truly interested in academics and improve the image of the university.

70th Independence Day Speech of Prime Minister Modi

The Independence Day speech of the Prime Minister is meant to charge patriotic fervor, reinstill pride in India, reiterate Govt's commitment to every Indian, inspire hope and strengthen confidence. Prime Minister Modi, through his speech today on “Ek Bharat, Shresth Bharat” from the ramparts of the Red Fort after unfurling the tricolour roused people's hope and expectations and promised the true freedoms that have eluded us for more than 68 years. He works 24×7 nonstop for the nation and the Independence day speech conveys his vision for this nation and its 125 cr citizens. In his speech today the “will power” to perform by his Govt. is clearly visible unlike previous regimes. Modi’s message is simple, powerful and has the road map to change the fate of the nation. Thus he said today that his Govt. has adopted the mantra of 'Reform, Perform and Transform' to make a new India and has avoided populism. He has also put the onus on the 125 Cr people of India to convert our 'Swaraj' into 'Surajya'. He has reminded that for this to happen “from Parliament to Panchayats, Gram Pradhans to the Prime Minister, everyone has to fulfil their responsibilities”. After 70 years of Independence, the nation has changed. There was a time when the Govt. was surrounded by allegations, but now the Govt. is surrounded by expectations. Now the people don’t get satisfied by a mere declaration of policy or plan but they expect to see the changes on grassroots. Hence he said “today, more than 'Karya', I want to talk about 'Karya Sanskriti' of the Govt.”. He also reiterated his Govt.’s commitment and said his Govt. doesn’t do anything in bits and pieces but has an integrated approach to its work. PM Modi said Swarajya is about empowering citizens and improving their quality of life and that his Govt. was committed to bring that change to every citizen of the country. Talking about social tension, Modi said India’s unity is in diversity and this is our strength. “Social justice is the basis to attain this goal,” he said. “Only financial growth is not important, social unity is also important”. 125 Cr people of India are part of one family”, Modi said. He said “a nation which is divided because of reasons like caste and religion can’t achieve great things. Great leaders like Mahatma Gandhi, Ambedkar and saints like Ramanajunacharya have stressed on the need for social unity. We all will have to rise above the age old evils in our society to achieve the goal of  a robust and successful India”.

His speech had a strong message about how his government was promoting transparency in governance. The Prime Minister highlighted a lot of measures his Govt. has taken over the past couple of years to transform the life of its citizens. There have been a lot of administrative reforms during the present Govt’s little more than 2 years term. It is a silent revolution.  Almost every village, every town and every citizen’s life is being transformed to make our nation a progressive, prosperous and strong world power. If we want to prosper, if we want to see more money in our pockets, we have to work hard for it. What Modi as PM is striving to do is to make it easier for people to interact with Govt. departments so that we are not hassled, reduce corruption, make processes simpler & streamlined to improve the quality of Govt. services to make it easier & transparent for individuals, entrepreneurs and even foreign companies to set up their businesses in India,  improve skills of young people of our country so that people here can get more & better opportunities for employment and earning thereby improve quality of life. This Govt. is also making the people of the nation aware that we have to keep our cities, villages and homes clean.

Prime Minister Modi also sent a strong message to the forces inimical to India that this nation won’t yield to terrorism, extremism & aggression on its integrity & sovereignty and give befitting & disproportionate reply. He also appealed to the misguided youths to shun violence and return to mainstream. Continuing from his recent assertion in Parliament that there won’t be any compromise on India’s security & integrity and that Pak Occupied Kashmir (PoK) is rightfully ours and it’s the only issue to be settled with Pakistan, he reiterated our commitment to the people of Gilgit, Balochistan and PoK to take their voices & struggle to the international forums. This is the first time ever that an Indian Prime Minister boldly and openly asserted our claim on PoK and also committed to support the cause of independent Balochistan. For decades since Independence, India has historically and inexplicably let Pakistan run away with the Kashmir narrative. Pakistan has forced 3 battles on us over Kashmir issue and lost all 3. But still managed to set the terms despite being the vanquished. And as victors, all that successive Indian Govts did was to adopt a defensive posture. While we have always tended to ignore, even play down our legal claim over PoK, Pakistan has never failed to claim its writ on the area on our side of LoC through diplomatic, overt and covert means. Modi Govt since coming to power has made Pakistan realize that it’s a different Indian Govt. who would not hesitate to adopt any means to inflict heavy causality on its enemy diplomatically and militarily. The uprising we see today in PoK and Balochistan are surely results of Modi Govt’s covert tactical warfare.

Narendra Modi is a committed and hardworking Prime Minister with a clear vision. First time since independence, we have a transparent and responsive Govt., who instead of governing through populism and leap service is working on a road map to transform India into a “Shresth Bharat” with all round development. Modi is trying to bridge the difference between the essence and practice of democracy. He is striving to take the people as stake-holders in nation building and the Govt. to act as a catalyst. Govt.  can’t change the nation alone. It is the people who must bring about real change. The Govt. needs to empower the citizens and institutionalise ideas. Modi as Prime Minister has given democracy a perspective which has long remained unattended by subsequent Congress regimes since we became a free country. While the Congress-led UPA never tired of providing people their rights (which they were entitled to Constitutionally anyway), Modi made the Govt. machinery realize its responsibilities and accountability. The Constitution of India guarantees citizens a number of rights but what the people need from the Govt. is not rights but action. A true democracy is a collaboration between the citizens and the Govt. In a real democracy, the Govt. has to take people into confidence to make it a combined effort. The spirit of people’s participation is what made India a free country. Similarly, for the nation’s development, there needs to be a mass movement. Till the leader of the nation, look at development through the prism of vote bank politics and treat its citizens as mere vote bank,  real all round development can’t happen. Modi is working to change the politics and governance of our nation from vote bank to development. Modi rightly says that we need freedom from the status quoist mindset. Modi’s mantra for governance is that “only new thoughts can bring in change - development will take place when there is an urge to go ahead to implement new ideas despite all the impediments on the way. Development is the panacea to all the problems afflicting the country”. He has correctly identified that in India, the problem with governance and the resultant growth in economic and social parameters, is  a dearth of thoughtful & innovative ideas and a lack of effective & quick implementation. Modi has proved that he has the ability to innovate and ensure effective implementation and good governance.

An Open Letter to Asaduddin Oweisi on "Bharat Mata Ki Jai"

Dear Mr. Oweisi,
My this letter to you is in reaction to your response to RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat’s statement that “The new generation of Indians should be taught to chant ‘Bharat Mata ki Jai’ as part of all-round development of the youth”. Responding to Bhagwat you said that “nowhere in the Constitution it says that one should chant Bharat Mata ki Jai” and as such you refused to do so.
Great Mr.Oweisi, I appreciate your quoting the constitution of our country and willingness to go by it literally. But would you now do two small favours to this nation by abiding by the same constitution that you quote so conveniently :-
1. The Article 44 of the Indian Constitution says that, the state shall endeavour to enact a Uniform Civil Code for citizens throughout the country. The civil code, when enacted will deal with the personal laws of all religious communities relating to marriage, divorce, adoption, custody of children inheritance, succession to property etc. which are all secular in character of Indian state and to enhance fraternity of unity among citizens by providing them with a set of personal laws which incorporates the basic values of humanism. So now you are duty bound to demand, participate and abide by a Uniform Civil Code.
2. The Indian Constitution during its incorporation said that the song Vande Mataram, which had played a historic part in the struggle for Indian freedom, should be honoured equally with Jana Gana Mana and should have equal status with it. Now, you are duty bound by the constitution to sing Vande Mataram as and when it is played. So, would you abide by the same?

If you believe and abide so much by our constitution then why not raise the above issues and demand those to be implemented strictly? But no, you want the constitution to be a slave of your religious beliefs. Hence you quote it, whenever it favours you and raise hue & cry citing your religious beliefs whenever it goes against you. This country is well aware of your this convenient and sporadic, fake trust on India’s constitution. The history of your family and your party MIM (Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen) in itself proves how obedient you are towards India’s constitution and how nationalist you are. You are the descendent, inheritor and ideological flag bearer of the barbaric anti-India Razakars who fought against this nation after our independence in 1948 to retain the feudal Nizam’s rule of Hyderabad or merge it with Pakistan by killing Hindus and nationalist Indians who supported the merger of Hyderabad in the Indian Union. The then head of MIM, Qasim Rizvi, was also the head of those Razakars and after he had to leave for Pakistan, it was your grandfather Abdul Wahed Owaisi, who headed those notorious Islamic zealots by becoming the head of MIM. Your grandfather’s only name to fame apart from adding “All India” infront of MIM is that he was arrested under the Preventive Detention Act, 1950 and his “political activities” included rousing communal passions and creating resentment and hatred in the minds of the Muslims of Hyderabad against Hindus and the Indian State.
“Bharat Mata Ki Jai” was neither coined by RSS nor has any religious connotations. Bharat Mata ki Jai only means Victory to Mother India or Glory to India. It does not say that you worship Mother India. When we say 'Bharat Mata Ki Jai', we only show our gratitude to the land which has given us 'Life' like our mother. It just portrays values of humanity like gratitude, love and allegiance towards our own nation where we are fortunate to take birth. It is surprising as to why you, who grew up breathing air in this land, eating food grown on it and thrived under its protective umbrella should refuse to be thankful to that “motherland”. We should be grateful to our “Motherland” for she has provided sustenance to all of us, whether deserving or not and praising her for such generosity can’t be against anyone’s religious belief.
But no, how can you thank and praise “Mother India” as your “vision, mission and core value” are based on hate towards other religions and culture, especially Hinduism and a non-Islamic state – India - of majority Hindu population. Since India’s independence, your party and family are working in India as the “agents of Pakistan”, whose only ambition is to rule over the majority non Islamic population in India to bring back “Dar-ul-Islam” and also convert it into an Islamic state to complete the unfinished agenda of the Islamic invaders. This country has seen the abuses of Hindu Gods, customs and rituals by your brother Akabaruddin Oweisi in public meetings and his famous threat to kill 100 crore Hindus by 25 crores Muslims, if the police gives them a free hand for just 15 mins.
You said that you are a “Nationalist” and that one can be a nationalist even without saying “Bharat Mata Ki Jai”. But the words “Nationalism and Nationalist” are derived from the word “Nation”. Nationalism is loyalty and devotion to one’s nation. And a nationalist believes the nation as an inclusive categorisation of all human beings within a geographic boundary, who feels proud to be part of that national identity, culture and values, admires the national heroes from its history, feels proud under the national flag and symbol, sings the national song, takes pride in national mythology, literature, folklore, history and achievements. In fact, nationalism identifies most human activity as a reflection of one’s national character. But your loyalty lies first not with your nation but with your religion. You will only do for the nation what your religion permits and not the other way. Nationalism provides a sense of belonging that arises from the deep bottom of one’s heart. It needs to be cultivated to create a common national identity through a true commitment to a national unity. But for you, a strange sense of “Islamic Nationalism” drives your ambitions and desires. Therefore, although you are born in India but still don’t consider yourself belonging to “Indian Civilization & Culture”, rather you belong to “Arab Culture”. You have no appreciation for the ancient Indian civilization and cultural heritage founded on Vedic tradition. You are a poor imitation of the Arabian Invaders. You still believe in heart of heart that Muslims should have ruled India after the departure of the British. Population growth helped Muslims to annex a large part of India for creating a separate Islamic State of Pakistan. And your energy and effort are directed to gradually convert the rest of India into “Dar-ul-Islam”. You still believe in the cultural superiority of Muslims over the Hindus and that Muslims should always rule over majority Hindus. And hence, are so obsessed with the loss of your prior, inequitable privileges that you hardly seem to be in a mood to be content with the mere rights of equal citizenship with the Hindu majority India.
Mr. Owaisi, your party and politics is grossly communal, based on and for the members of just one religion to keep them segregated within our “Nation” to misled them into believing that they are a separate race, with a separate civilization, culture and identity. Else can you tell us, what is your political contribution to people of this country and its unification, irrespective of any religion, caste or creed? Don't make false rhetoric as if you are a born nationalist and patriotic saint, who lives and works for all Indians. At least now, realise your religious bigotry and stop sermoning on Nationalism. It is high time you learn to live in amity with people of all other religions in this country and respect the culture, customs and civilizational attributes of this “Nation” called in various times of history as “Bharat”, “Hindustan” or “India”. Your relentless tirade, threat, insult towards the majority community and their feelings/beliefs are proof enough of your real character. Mohan Bhagawat or RSS are just an excuse for refusing to chant “Bharat Mata Ki Jai”. By selectively quoting Tagore you can’t misled people. In the last sentence of the same poem Tagore glorifies the ‘living words that have issued from the illuminated consciousness of her great sons….’. I wonder what you appreciate and love about our this great nation, if not its glorious civilizational history and culture, which was native to it and not imported by the invaders.
The indigenous civilization and culture of our Nation has taught us for centuries that “Janani Janma-bhoomischa Swargadapi Gareeyasi”, meaning “the Mother and the Motherland are superior to even paradise”. And hence, a true Nationalist Indian irrespective of religion, caste or creed, who admires our great civilization and its culture will repeatedly chant “Bharat Mata Ki Jai” with pride.
India’s Faithfully,
A Nationalist Indian

What ails our Nation

My Dear Countrymen,

Today is one of the blackest day for my nation, when I saw an Indian soldier crying on national TV after being accused by a politician, a Kashmiri separatist and a few intellectuals of being “extreme nationalist”. For the Congressi-Marxist-Radical-Jihadi-Catiest (CMRJC) brigade, now not only patriotic Indian citizens opposing separatists but even Indian armed force personals are not good citizens as they have strong views about the Traitors, Anti Nationals and their supporter & sympathisers. A decorated soldier, Maj Gen G.D.Bakshi is taking part in national TV debates over last few days on the anti-India activities in JNU campus and today on the Govt.’s decision to mandatorily fly the national flag in central Universities. Today our nation has come to such a pass that these CMRJC brigade has the audacity to deride its countrymen including its soldiers as nationalist as if in India being a nationalist is a dirty word. To side with patriotic Indian people is akin to blasphemy in the vaunted circles of the free Indian media, politics and intellectual circuit. How else can one explain the relentless crusade against the people who are opposing the forces shouting anti India slogans in comparison with the near total silence on the anti-nationals and their act. Rather this brigade is trying to justify such acts under the guise of democratic Freedom of Expression.

Do you remember a traitor named AR Antulay, who even questioned the authenticity and complicity of Pakistan in 26/11 Mumbai attack saying that it was a RSS handiwork, do you remember those anti nationals named Digvijaya Singh or Shakil Ahmed or Arvind Kejriwal etc. who questioned the authenticity of Batala House encounter and even martyrdom of Inspector Sharma or existence of Indian Mujaheedeen, do you remember those Congressi morons who inspite of FBI and UN confirmation of ISI involvement, converted the Samjhauta Express blast into a Hindu terror handiwork, do you remember the mercy pleas for Afzal Guru, Yakub Memon and even Kasab from India’s Leftist-Liberals? Democracy and freedom of expression is a fashionable business in India for some dubious, individuals & organizations. These individuals and organizations are Indians but only in name. They are no more than mercenaries whose single-point agenda is to destabilise India and break India into smithereens. Is our nation so spineless & irresponsible that anybody can say anything to suit their political need without any accountability? Does Indian democracy give license for senseless behaviour & utterance? Is it not this 'avoid-confrontation' policy responsible for our failure to check such inimical elements? Is it not that -we follows an ostrich like approach to national security and the Govt. also digs its head into the sand praying that the threat would eventually disappear and people will forget all the pain. How disgusting are we? All nationalistic Indians need to introspect and look at India’s retched history of farcical democratic politics and consider the terrible price the nation has paid at the altar of appeasement because the Indian State has toed the line of least resistance.

But still majority of Indian citizens are not concerned as most of us are so self-serving that we have lost our nationalistic and patriotic blood. We have become soft target of Jihadis and Pakistani agents from inside and outside the country because we the people are indifferent. India will never change, because we believe in nonviolence. So what if we have been hit on one cheek , we have still 1 billion cheeks left, that’s what we believe in. We are only good at holding candle light every year in the memory of those departed souls who were victims of the terrorists, listen to speeches from politicians full of false rhetoric & assurances, giving interview to news channels alongwith celebrities and social workers from the “peace brigade”. We don’t have any guts to do anything, apart from just to speak. This 'chalta hai' attitude encourages those perpetrators and their collaborators to get away easily. We hide under this supposedly comforting idea that India will never be shaken by such “small acts” and we will not allow these acts to stop us from functioning. But the real fact of the matter is, we just don’t care. Until we change our attitude, this nation would suffer and we would get killed by Afzal Gurus and Yakub Memons. We need a real revolution to break the shackles of this "cowardice and apologetic farcical democracy" as well as our “chalta hai” attitude. I would advocate disproportionate response towards these perpetrators and their supporters & sympathisers as this nonsense of “Oh, you have hurt my nation but still I would be generous towards you” has made us cowardice, submissive and our enemies bolder.

What we see today in India is that a section of our intellectuals, politicians and media are going overboard with the term 'freedom of expression' and 'democracy'. In the name of democratic practices, they are trying to convert our country into a breeding ground for law lessness and anti-national activities backed by forces within and outside India, who are scared that the present Govt. is trying to break the century old shackles of slave mentality of our nation and its people and their weak kneed submission to designs of invaders, who want to rule India by destroying its culture, heritage and civilization. These groups are the remaining artefacts of the colonial-leftist-communist forces who ran amok in India's institutions making them political hotbeds to distort India’s history, culture and nationalism to keep them slaves to the teachings of the invaders. The pseudo secular, selectively democratic media is the biggest terrorist and supporter of traitors in India. It is the No.1 enemy of integrity and security of our nation and its citizens. RPN Singh, an Ex Military intelligence official recently said that it's well known and established fact that many of our Politicians, Journalists and intellectuals are in the pay roll of ISI. No wonder that Ghulam Nabi Fai an undercover agent of ISI, who was arrested in the USA sometime back — his guest list included Rajendra Sachar (who sought reservation for Muslims) and Dileep Padgaonkar (the Editor of Times of India). Most of our senior pseudo secular journalists and their panel of intellectuals are in the guest list of several fronts of the Jihadi terrorist organisations and their lobbyists. All these campaigns for “seditious freedom of expression” that we have seen are part of that plan of the Jihadi organizations based inside and outside the country to tear apart our nation by propping such “trojan horses” in the guise of leftist-liberal-secular groups, politicians, intellectuals and media.

But the current Govt has thrown the apologetic & submissive foreign, security and economic policies into the “Nehruvian graveyard”. That is what is making the “traojan horses” and their masters cringe in anger as they are increasingly becoming irrelevant in political circles and their master’s grand plan is in danger of getting crushed. Therefore, the attacks on the Govt. has increased. So far, these left-liberal-Jihadi sympathisers were following this policy with the so-called Internet Hindus. They would say something totally outrageous and when people would counter them with facts & logic, they would complain that people are intolerant and they are being victimised. So all the opposition and protests that we see today against the Govt. are actually manifestation of hatred and frustration of this CMRJC brigade as they feel that the rise of Narendra Modi is the beginning of the end of their age old hegemony on this nation and its people. Hence they are indulging in such “camouflaged” events and actions, crying victimhood in the name of “freedom of expression”. They are trying to trick, supress and defame whoever is showing any strength of conviction to expose them. Just see the smear campaign they are running against Arnab Goswami and TimesNow or ZeeNews. They give sermon and certificate of secularism, democracy and freedom of expression to all but has basterdized the meaning of all these virtues for far too long and made mockery of the nationalistic citizens of this nation. So, When nationalistic citizens find themselves tricked, supressed, ridiculed to the extent of ostracized – their pent up anger and frustration will come out someday even in the form of overreaction and even violence against such forces – "Shut down JNU", "Punish the Traitors" comments on FB and even Patiala House Court incidents are all a reflection of such situation only.

Every nationalistic and patriotic citizen of this nation will agree that every supporter and sympathiser of separatism and terrorism, should be given the most ruthless punishment by pulling them out from every hideout. Believing in democracy and freedom of expression doesn’t mean compromising with the integrity and security of our nation. The pillars of democracy and nationalism are about identifying ruthlessly and without looking at political affiliation, ideology, religion or caste –those who time and again are threatening this nation’s integrity and security and going behind them ruthlessly. The word Nationalism has some respect and therefore please don't allow anybody to insult it.

For India’s Secularists – Sare Jahaan Se Accha, Ishrat Jahan Beti Hamara

It looks like that even after India’s own intelligence agencies investigation, US intelligence Agency FBI’s inputs and the convicted LeT terrorist David Coleman Headley’s testimony to Indian Court, the Secular parties in India led by Congress and Left Front, some Jihadi sympathiser media and activists are not ready to listen to any logic and still playing their broken record that Ishrat Jahan was an innocent girl killed in a fake encounter by the then Gujarat police under Narendra Modi.

Ishrat Jahan was killed alongwith Javed Seikh a known LeT sleeper cell member & two Pakistani nationals - Amjad Ali and Jishan Johar Abdul Ghani - both LeT terrorists, on June 15, 2004. The whole Ishrat incident has 4 important elements –

1. Was Ishrat a terrorist ?
2. Was the encounter a fake one and if so what was the motive?
3. Was the encounter necessary ?
4. Is this incident being politicised for vote bank politics even at the cost of demoralizing the law enforcement & security agencies?

I would like to place a few facts & analyse, based on those 4 elements :-

1. If Ishrat was innocent, is there any explanation as to why she had gone to Ahmedabad, which is almost 500 km away from her home in Mumbai with an LeT operative Javed Sheikh. If she was working for Javed as a sales girl of perfume and If was abducted by Gujarat police and kept in confinement, why was her family never lodged any police complain when they didn’t hear from her for several days. Also, there is proof that this was not her first visit to Gujarat with Sheikh, she went there earlier too. She even visited UP with him.

In 2004, IB recorded a few conversations between the 3 people killed alongwith Ishrat and their Pakistani handlers, clearly pointing towards some plan to kill important political leaders in Gujarat and also commit act of terror in public places. The news channel Headline Today run a story on those and even played the tapes. Soon after Isharat and her 3 accomplishes were killed, LeT had owned up Ishrat, with its Lahore-based mouthpiece 'Ghazwa Times' describing her as an LeT activist & martyr and taking umbrage at the action of Indian cops in removing her veil.

In 2009, the union home ministry under the then home minister Chidambaram and home secy GK Pillai submitted an affidavit in Gujarat High Court certifying that there were enough proof of Ishrat and her 3 accomplishes were LeT operatives.

2. If the encounter was fake, why CBI had completely failed to explain what was the ulterior motive of the IB & Gujarat Police to kill these 4 people other than saving the nation and its people from terrorist attacks when out of 4 killed, 3 were known terrorists & 2 of them were Pakistani nationals illegally entered India to wage war against this nation & it’s people.

3. In 2010, FBI during its interrogation of David Coleman Headley, was told with details that Ishrat was a LeT operative (member of LeT women wing) recruited by Muzammil, an Let commander incharge of India operations till 2007 and was part of a module planned to kill important politicians in Gujarat including Narendra Modi and wage war against india. The same statement was repeated by Headly in his deposition 2 days back to the special Indian court set up to investigate 26/11 Mumbai attack.

It should also be remembered that fight against terrorism is an asymmetric war waged against an enemy who does not play by the rules and that nowhere in the world such organizations engaged in a shadowy war against terrorists, operate and can succeed within the rules applicable to normal security agencies dealing with common criminals. After the various terror attacks in India in public places including 2001 Parliament attack and specially the Indian airlines plan hijack incident of 1999, the security agencies had taken a decision to minimize taking terrorists in custody. Also, if we analyse many other encounters including Batala House in Delhi, we will find that this was not the only case where some terrorists probably could have been taken into custody instead of killing. Terrorists should be treated as special class of criminal & enemies of the state and must be eliminated without any hesitation. Even the collateral damage, if it occurs must be overlooked for the safety of the country and its citizens. India has shed enough blood & the criminally insane as well as agents of Pakistan/Bangladesh, who behave like bloodhounds should be shot at site as it is in the interest of the security of the masses.

4. Every Govt. must protect the people who sacrifice their life every day for keeping the nation secure and not allow them to become fodder of terrorists & jihadis.  Politics must be set aside while dealing with terrorism. The intelligence agencies & its personnel must be treated with respect and not as fodder to get more votes to remain in power. But in this Ishrat Jahan encounter case, the then Congress led UPA Govt & their members tried to use it as a political tool to settle score with Narendra Modi. Ishrat Jahan case clearly shows that the Congress Party, Left Front, JD(U), AAP and their likes are playing a cynical game to tap Muslim angst over terror probes for electoral gains. These Political parties, who  had tacitly encouraged Muslim fundamentalists in order to garner their support during the elections even by canvassing with Osama lookalikes in Muslim dominated areas, are playing the appeasement card. For them votes are evidently more important than national security. This attitude of living in a denial and obtusely refusing to accept the reality & facts by issuing such statements to appease  muslim community is demoralizing the security agencies & posing threat to national security. First by doubting that Ishrat was a terrorist and then by doubting the authenticity of the encounter and lastly by questioning the motive of the intelligence agencies like IB & putting pressure on another investigating agency, to shield, aiding & abetting the disruptive forces of terrorism & their sympathisers – they are hell bent on demoralizing the security forces & intelligence agencies and thereby endangering the sovereignty & integrity of the nation. It is well known in the intelligence circle that ISI has been funding politicians in India. Are the services of the ISI & LeT now being obtained to influence vote-bank politics?

JNU and Its Seditious Freedom of Anti Nationalism

In the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), the “Gurukul” (ideological hub) of India’s Left-Liberal-Pseudosecular forces, Afzal Guru who was hanged in 2013 for his role in the 2001 Parliament attack and Maqbool Bhat, the co-founder of the terrorist organization JKLF, who was hanged in 1984 are “Martyrs”. Hence, on last tuesday (9th Feb, the day Afzal Guru was hanged 3 years back), the members of Democratic Students’ Union (DSU) with support from All India Students’ Association (AISA), All India Students’ Federation (AISF) and Students’ Federation of India (SFI) organized a meet to commemorate the "judicial killing" of the duo. Posters were pasted all across the campus, announcing an art and a photo exhibition portraying the history of the occupation of Kashmir and struggle of the Kashmiri People for their democratic right to self-determination. The Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) registered its reservations against the anti-national move with the Vice-Chancellor (VC) and the permission for the event camouflaged as a "Cultural Evening of Protest" was cancelled by the VC. But inspite of cancellation of permission by the VC, not only did the protest meet take place in front of Sabarmati hostel, the protesters also staged a march from the hostel to the Ganga Dhahba near the main gate. Slogans like "Kashmir ki azadi tak jung chalegi, Bharat ki barbadi tak jung chalegi" were reportedly raised at the protest meet.

But what does the Communist-Liberals-Pseudoseculars at the JNU want to portray and prove by celebrating terrorists as heroes and taking up the cause of anti-nationals and Pakistan for separating a part of our country? Can this happen in any other democratic, civilized country in this world except India? They talk about freedom of expression – but does any country, those Communist-Liberals admire, allow anti national activity in the garb of freedom of expression? The seeds of anti national activity in the garb of democracy, liberalism and secular culture were sown since the days of Jawaharlal Nehru as Prime Minister by the Congress party for the sake of votes to remain in power and that is now showing its demonising character. The Left and Congress are encouraging and instigating such events where some of our countrymen are supporting the enemies of our nation, who attacked our parliament inspite of the fact that the highest court of our country prosecuted them as guilty through a transparent and appropriate judicial process. Does it not amount to contempt of our courts? Is it not a fit case for the organizers and participants of that event to be booked and tried for sedition and punished? If some people in this country don't respect Indian Constitution and Judiciary and take up causes for Pakistan and Separatists, they should actually not be allowed the rights and life of bonafied citizens of this country. JNU since inception has acted as a recruitment and nurturing ground for radical and anti-national ideologies at the cost of tax payers money. The whole atmosphere in the campus of this institution has been moulded to brainwash students by certain political forces towards anti India, pro naxal, anti progressive leanings. If that is called liberal, democratic ideology then better we be conservatives. No protests is justified against someone convicted for treason. JNU is behaving and working like the terrorist training camps operating from Pakistan but unfortunately this overground terrorist camp is operating inside India at the heart of our national capital funded by Indian tax payers money. This can happen only in India but still, these same elements call us intolerant nation.

There should be a total overhaul at JNU. This perverse and irrational fantasy about an “independent Kashmir” or “workers and peasants rule through revolution” or “diving our society on caste lines by creating super privileged dalits above laws of the land” must be dealt strongly. Giving credibility to such forces by inviting them on prime time TV debates or for seminars must also be stopped even if that means curtailment of their “seditious and anti-national freedom of expression”. From their fanatical support to Maoists, Invaders and espousing the cause of Afzal Guru to Kashmiri separatists, their seditious activities have reached astronomical levels. This is only because they know that the secular political parties like Congress, Left front and some of the regional parties will come to their support even by defending terrorists and compromise national integrity and security by diving Hindu votes or to garner Muslim votes. These students are doing exactly what Rohith Vemula did and they know if any action is taken against them their political masters will stall the Parliament. But, we must expose them alongwith the forces backing and sponsoring them without any compromise. All the students who participated in the event glorifying convicted terrorists in the campus should be expelled from university and arrested immediately. It is not freedom of speech or action. Questioning the integrity and sovereignty of the nation, espousing the cause of separatists and terrorists, opposing the judgement of the highest court of the land is anti-national activity. It should not be allowed to spread and grow. Anti national face of these Liberal-Leftists-Secular forces should be exposed, They can't be allowed to run amok in the guise of intellectualism, democracy and freedom of expression. These are elements, who sympathize with militants & enemies of the nation and provide moral & logistical support to them. Govt. should clear the prestigious institutions from these forces. Otherwise such incidents will continue to reoccur and tomorrow they will say Hafiz Sayeed and Maulana Masood Azhar are saints and they are being accused only because they are Muslims. Judiciary should also not take these anti national activities lying down, as by organizing such events supporting convicted terrorists they are actually humiliating and demeaning the judiciary. It’s high time we show them limits of our tolerance and stop these nonsense in name of liberal democracy and freedom of speech.

No doubt, Jawaharlal Nehru University and Jawaharlal Nehru the Prime Minister – both have proved to be disastrous for our nation.
